Villa Martha is a brand new villa that has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The Villa offers un-spoilt views across the valleys and mountains of the Sierra Almijara National Park and is only a 25 min drive to the coast and the beaches of Torre Del Mar, Torrox and Nerja.
The Villa has three large bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, all with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted, including dishwasher and washing machine. The main living area comes with Satellite TV and Playstation.
The Villa has a large pool of 8.5m x 4.5m, with shallow steps, and a depth of 1.2m - 1.8m. The pool is surrounded by lovely sun terraces. There are 6 sunloungers, a large parasol and outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a roof sun terrace and BBQ.
All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
The Villa offers easy access to all the local un-spoilt villages set in the hills but is still only a 25 min drive to the more vibrant coast. You can therefore have the best of both worlds, a tranquil holiday and or a more vibrant beach/watersports style of holiday.
The nearest Golf Course is also a 25 min drive. The course, Baviera is an excellent course, with sensibly priced green fees.
From this eastern side of the Costa Del Sol, you can drive to the more cosmopolitan Marbella and Gibraltar in approx 2 hours. Or visit the world renowned, Granada and the Alhambra Palace with 1.5-2 hour drive.

Because this area still maintains it's true Spanish roots, there are many local festivals and fiestas throughout the year.
