Studio Vignes is a comfortably furnished apartment of 28sqm sleeping up to 4 with a double bed, double sofabed in the living room. Separate kitchen, shower room and WC. The apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture.
The residence is set in its own gardens with a swimming pool, bowls field and parking ; and the Studio detailed here has its own terrace. The autoroute access is 15 minutes by car with Cannes some 40 mins and Nice around 50 mins drive. Fayence has regular morning markets and a great selection of restaurants and excellent shopping facilities.

Fayence is part of a group of villages - the Canton de Fayence which include Montauroux, Callian, Seillans, Tourrettes and Mons. This is a beautiful region of France, set back from the coast, and nestling in verdant countryside around the Lac de St Cassien.
Well known for its Carp fishing throughout Europe, the Lac de St Cassien provides many outdoor pursuits from walking, bird watching at the nature reserve, fishing and in the high season, swimming, pedaloes, canoeing and much more.
The coast is within easy reach by car at either Cannes and La Napoule or St Raphael/Frejus, where there are wonderful sandy beaches and boat trips to the islands or to St Tropez.
The locality is well serviced for excellent supermarkets, good local markets and plenty of restaurants to sample to great cuisine Provence has to offer.
