Rental Notes: The apartment is rented out year round. Rental periods are generally arrival 4pm departure 10am - every effort will be made to accommodate alternative times.
Short Breaks available - please enquire for details and prices. August and New Year are a 7 night minimum let. Sorry, but we are unable to accept bookings from groups of single persons under the age of 25.
We will require a deposit of 30% of the rental price to confirm a booking, along with a completed booking form. The final payment will be due 6 weeks before the arrival date. A fully refundable good housekeeping depost will be requested along with the final payment.
