There is a separate dining conservatory which has a pine dining table, which seats six and a pine child’s high chair.
From the hallway there is a newly fitted luxury Kitchen, which has an Oven and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Food Mixer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher and is equipped with every piece of cooking equipment you will ever need. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and separate toilet and shower room.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and Television and the other has twin beds, both offering dramatic sea views and on a clear day you can see the Isle of Man. Both bedrooms have been decorated in the New England theme with white painted bedroom furniture with splashes of rich colour fabrics of pinks and turquoise. Upstairs there is also a newly appointed bathroom featuring the beach theme with white and blue accessories. Also provided is a child’s travel cot, toys, games, books and seaside children toys including bucket and spade.
Outside there is an enclosed garden which offers the same dramatic sea views and from here you can watch the boats sailing in and out of the harbour and other water sports activities. Enjoy alfresco dining on the patio area where there is a table and chairs and a Barbeque. From the garden you can walk straight on to the coastal path.

Local activities in and around Cemaes Bay, North Wales
Cemaes Bay is the most northerly village in Wales and is an area of outstanding beauty and some of which is owned by the National Trust. The main attraction of the bay is its two sandy beaches, Traeth Mawr, known as the big beach and Traeth Bach known as the little beach and both have been awarded the renowned Blue Flag in June 2004.
Sea fishing is another favorite pastime and there are many charter boats that will take you fishing offshore to fish for many different species of fish in the coastal waters.
One of the benefits of staying at Seabreeze is that only feet away you can join the beautiful and un-spoilt Coastal path which stretches for 125 miles. The coastal path passes through landscape which includes a mixture of farmland, coastal heath, dunes, salt-marsh, foreshore, cliffs and a few small pockets of woodland.
If Golf is you hobby then you won’t be disappointed with the choice of Golf Courses and even novices will be impressed by the variety of golf available on Anglesey. There are eight golf courses all within a short distance of each other and offer 9, 12 and 18 holes. The nearest course to Cemaes Bay is the Bull Bay Golf Club (Clwb Golff Porth Llechog).
If you are a keen sailor or enjoy water sports there are facilities wide range of maritime pursuits all along the coast, the main centres being Rhosneigr, Traeth Bychan near Red Wharf Bay, Holyhead and Beaumaris. Sailors, whatever their chosen craft, who are already well serviced by the island's marinas, boatyards and chandlers, can visit Holyhead's modern marinas, boatyards and chandlers.

Rental Notes: Weekly bookings are taken from Saturday-Saturday but short breaks are available any nights of the week with a minimum of 3 nights.

Car Parking There is off road parking for two cars, one outside the house and the other outside the garage. The garage can be used to safely store any bikes or a boat you wish to bring with you on your holiday.
A 30% deposit is payable at point of booking either by cheque or bank transfer. Final balance is due 4 weeks prior to holiday.
