The villa has been in the owner's family since it was built in 1961 and has recently been fully renovated and extended.

Exterior: The house stands in grounds of of 1100sqm which include a large parking area, a spacious paved terrace enclosing the irregular-shaped pool (with poolside shower) and a very pleasant dining area under beautiful pine trees. There are neighbouring houses which can be seen but do not directly overlook the garden. There is a large covered terrace off the living area on the first floor, ideal for al fresco dining.
Interior: Accommodation is on three levels. At garden level is a covered terrace incorporating a summer kitchen with a sink, and next to the pool, a shower room with a WC and washbasin. External steps lead up to a covered terrace on the first floor which leads to an open-plan living/dining room and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. On the same floor are two double bedrooms (one with a 130 cm double bed), one with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and two separate WCs with washbasins.
A steep spiral staircase leads up to the second floor which consists of a twin bedroom with sloping ceiling and a small private roof terrace (tropezienne) overlooking the garden and pool. This bedroom is most suitable for children/teenagers.

La Soleiade enjoys a very good location, 11 km from Bandol, 40 km from the beautiful town of Cassis and its renowned “calanques”, 80 km from Saint Tropez. The traditional fishing town of Sanary-sur-Mer is just 6km away and inland it’s worth discovering the old villages of Le Castellet and La Cadière-d’Azur (18km). Boat trips can be taken to the islands of Embiez and Hyères (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Levant) from Toulon or Giens. There are many sports activities within easy reach: tennis courts and bike hire in Six-Fours-les-Plages, horse riding in Le Brusc and an 18 hole golf course at St-Cyr-sur-Mer (19km). Of course, all water sports are available: motor boats, sailing, winsurfing, scuba diving....
For the culture minded, arts festivals of Aix-en -Provence, Avignon, Juan les Pins are within easy reach.
If food and wine is your thing, Bandol wines are a few mile away and the region boasts excellent restaurants, whereas local markets are held daily.

Rental Notes: Change over day is Saturday. The villa is available for short stays (three days or more).
Well behaved pets are allowed, subject to owner's agreement.
Reductions are available for longer stays: -5% for 3 weeks, -10% for 4 weeks or more.
A payment of 25% of the rental is required to secure the booking. A deposit of £500 is required.
A final cleaning is included in the rental price. The clients are however required to leave the property in good order.
