It is a modern apartment with a lovely panoramic view of the sea and the resort (you can see all the way to Split). It has a fully equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a shower room and a nice balcony. It is perfectly suitable for 4 people, but 5 or 6 can sleep too (there's sofa in the living room).
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a house that has 6 apartments. It is a brand new apartment, so all the furniture in there is new. The size of the apartment is 50 m2 (including balcony 5 m2). Apartment is situated in a very quiet area, but still only 5 minute walk to the first beach and 10 minutes walk to the port.
The balcony is facing north-west, so it stays cool and pleasant during hot summer days. There's an air conditioning in the living room. The air conditioner can be used as a heater if you come in spring or autumn. There's a floor heating in the shower room, as well as a washing machine.
Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. There are also cupboards in the living room. The kitchen is fully equiped. It has a dish washer, cooker, hob and fridge. There's also a dining table for 6 people to eat.

Local activities in and around Supetar, Dalmatia
Supetar is situated on the north side of the island of Brač, one of the most attractive Middle Dalmatian islands. The ferry line connects it with the town of Split in only 45 minutes. Supetar was built in the cove of St Peter by which it obtained its name.
It is considered today as one of the main tourist centres. You can enjoy its cultural monuments, various sports and recreation programmes.
It has lots of restaurants (our recommendation is restaurant Žiža) where one can enjoy the local, mediterranian kitchen, as well some other Croatian specialities. There are also many little caffes and bars that are in the season open till the early morning hours.
Beaches: Rocky, pebble, some beaches have sandy areas in the water.
If you come by car then we recommend going around the island and visit places like Bol, Milna, Pucisca...
Fly to Split (Croatia Airlines, Wizzair, German Wings, Sky Europe,...). Rent a car at Split Airport or take a bus to ferry port in Split (cca. ˝ hour drive). Ferry takes you in 45 min. to Supetar.

Apon the reservation the 30% payment is expected. The rest is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
There's a local tourist tax that has to be paid on the ground. The tax is cca. 1€ per person/per day. This is not included in the rental price.
The apartment must be rented for at least one week. Two weeks booking additional 10% off for the 2nd week. Three weeks booking 10% off for the 2nd week and 15% off for the 3rd week. 4 and more weeks booking - please contact the owners for details.
Check-ins and check-outs are on Saturdays. Check-out by 10 am, check-in after 2 pm. Check-in is in the local agency where you will get the keys to the apartment and some additional instructions.
