Located at La Marina just 25 minutes from Alicanti, on the Costa Blanca, this apartment is well positioned and well equipped and is situated on a residential urbanisation. It is a top floor, south facing apartment, which benefits from its own private roof top solarium, ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time in the sun.
The apartment is away from the main area, though in taking just a short walk up the road you will find yourself amongst a selection of shops, banks, restaurants and bars. There is a medical centre and bus stop are nearby. All in all a complete home from home. Car hire facilities are available in the area.

This is a lovely, bright and modern, first floor 2 bedroomed apartment with large canopied roof top solarium as well as the balcony and sun canopy off the lounge / dining area with table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals al fresco.
The apartment features a double bed in the main bedroom along with 2 single beds in the second bedrooom. The lounge has a door leading into the separate kitchen which is fully equiped with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, and mirowave. Crockery and utensils for 6 people. The lounge / diner is a good size, furnished with two double seat settee's and complete with a dining table and seating for 4 with matching units.
There is a TV installed, with english channels available for viewing.
The private roof top solarium is equiped with patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers. The whole solarium can be covered with the full size sun canopy, which can be opened out on those too hot to bear days when you need some shade.
Air conditioning is fitted in the lounge to provide either cool or warm air facilities to the rooms. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans fitted. There are lovely views from the balcony and the solarium out over towards the town of Guardamar del Segura and the nearby hill side.

The apartment is up a short flight of steps to the first floor that may not be suitable for some. Please discuss with owners for clarification / suitability on this.
Local activities in and around Guardamar Del Segura, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The property is situated on a very quiet urbanisation. There are a number of bars and restaurants and several supermarkets, including Lidl, Consum and Mercadona, some within a short walk. The main selection of shops and facilities are within walking distance, there are also several banks nearby, along with a pharmacy and a private medical centre. Golf lovers will find themselves less than an hours drive away from a wide range of courses, including Mas Trajecttum at Murcia. The famous La Manga course is just 50 minutes away, and locally you will find La Marquesa and La Finca, plus Las Ramblas and El Plantio also just a short distance away.
In the summer season there is a frequent bus service to town and the beaches. The blue flag beach at La Marina is just a few minutes drive away, and is set amongst a pine wood nature reserve, ideal for walking or for taking time out for a relaxing picnic! There are year round buses to the local towns and markets. The local resorts of Santa Pola and Guardamar del Segura are not to be missed for beaches and markets as well as a host of local history. You will find a range of tour operators based in La Marina, some even offering at times free tours to see local crafts being produced.
Within an hours drive there is something for everyone. Terramitica, Spains disney style theme park is just 50 minutes away in Benidorm. Nearer to home there are facilities such as go-karts, horseriding, and 2 aqua Parks to be enjoyed. Car hire is recommended as there is much to see when you are out and about.
Guardamar offers sea sports such as sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, underwater diving, canoeing, jet skiing etc. Elche is very much worth a visit to see the fantastic palm park (Huerto del Cura Garden). The garden has a palm tree collection from all over the world. Visit Busot (to the north of Alicanti) to see the Caves of Canelobre. Orihuela is a very historical town and well worth a visit.
The blue flag beach of La Marina is just a few minutes drive away. Set against a backdrop of pine trees and offering pleasant walking this is a wonderful way to spend a few hours just 'chilling out'

Rental Notes: The apartment is priced on a maximum of 4 persons only sharing. Changeover times are flexible. £60 deposit secures the property, full payment is due at least 5 weeks before rental begins. A standard cleaning charge of £50 is due with final payment.
To comply with property insurance issues we ask all visitors to respect the no smoking policy and not to smoke inside the property. A security deposit (to cover breakages or damage) of £50 is required on all bookings at the time of final payment. This will be refunded in full following the return of the keys and confirmation that the property has been left as found etc. Minimum hire period charge (1 week)
