Chez Bobeau is in an enviable location less than a 5 minute walk to the ski lift and the centre of Samoens, and also only a 50 minute drive away from Geneva airport.
The chalet sleeps up to 21 people in 8 beautiful bedrooms situated over 3 floors. It has a superb living and dining area, luxury hot-tub and games room.
Samoens is part of the Grand Massif ski area, which has 265km of pistes and 77 lifts, it links Samoens with Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixt. Amazingly, compared with other neighbouring ski areas, the Grand Massif pistes are relatively undiscovered and much quieter. In summer, the activities are endless - walking, climbing, biking, rafting and parapenting! Chez Bobeau is right next door to the leisure park with its swimming pool, tennis courts and lakes.
We pride ourselves on serving fantastic food - buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes and a delicious 4 course evening meal with wine. In summer, catered, B&B and self catered options are all available.
Samoens is the only listed ski resort in France, and Samoens has been voted one of the most beautiful villages in France. The atmosphere in the village is relaxed, and there are lots of shops and savoyard restaurants for you to discover.
Chez Bobeau is extremely spacious and equiped to a very high standard.
The chalet has an absolutely stunning living and dining area - high wooden beamed ceilings, an open log fire, a bar and huge comfy sofas for you to relax in. Just off this, we have a snug corner with more sofas, flat screen TV with UK satellite channels, wireless internet, i-pod docking, huge range of DVDs and board games.
At the rear of the chalet there is a luxury 7 seater outdoor hot-tub with superb mountain views. It is a great way to relax and ease your aching limbs! At the front of the chalet there is a large south facing terrace, perfect for sun bathing. We also have a games room with table football and a PS2, which is perfect for children to play in after dinner. We also have a large ping pong table.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor, and a further four bedrooms on the second floor. All are modern and cosy, and furnished to a high standard, and cotton bedlinens and fluffy towels are provided. Two of the rooms sleep 4 people and so are ideal family rooms.
On the ground floor there is a boot room for keeping your boots and skis dry. We provide a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.

4 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom, 1 Single Bedroom, 2 Family Bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double and bunk beds in them and sleeps 4 people. One bedroom has a double and single and sleeps 3 people.
We can also provide travel cots for babies.
Bathrooms:
4 Bathrooms, 1 Shower, 1 Separate WC. There is one shower room and one bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor, and two bathrooms on the second floor. All are to a good standard and have power showers.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Also a tumbledryer in the utility room downstairs.
General:
Real Fire, Central Heating, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. Cotton linen and fluffy towels included.
Dining:
The dining area seats 21 people.
We can also provide a high chair for infants.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games. A bar in the living room.
Outside:
Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. There is ample parking for 4 cars at the front of the chalet.
Garden furniture and sunloungers all provided.

Local activities in and around Samoens, Rhone Alps
The range of activities in both summer and winter is endless.
The chalet is less than a 5 minute walk to the main ski lift, and that whisks you to 1600 metres in only 8 minutes. There are 14 black runs, 51 red runs, 53 blue runs and 15 greens. There is a 14km run from the top of Flaine to Sixt, one of the longest runs in Europe.
When you have finished skiing, enjoy some apres ski in the local bars! There is even an ice rink in the centre of Samoens which is good fun for all ages.
When the snow has melted, the mountains look just as stunning. There are 600km of cycle trails to explore, and 900km of walking routes in the Samoens and the Grand Massif area. There are many watersports to enjoy, and at the chalet we are ideally situated right next to the swimming pool and tennis courts.
Samoens is less than an hour away from Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, Evian and Yvoire, all of which offer exciting day excursions.
