A large detached house built on three levels. There is parking for one large or two small cars on the open plan driveway in front of the property (please note that the driveway is steep). To the rear of the house there is an enclosed paved patio area with table and chairs, sun-loungers. There are gated steps, which lead from the patio up the garden to a “look out point” with space for chairs or loungers, from which there are wonderful views over Ventnor town and out to sea.
Centrally located on a small side road within two minutes walk of the town centre with its excellent range of shops and a ten minute stroll will take you down to the sea front and esplanade where the beach is sand and shingle.

Rental Notes: There are duvets on all beds and full linen is provided including hand and bath towels. Visitors are required to bring their own beach towels and tea towels. All electricity, gas and hot water provided at no extra cost. Pets are not permitted and visitors are requested to restrict smoking to the patio area only. For visitors staying for two or more weeks our housekeeper will attend on the interim Saturday to change the bed linen if requested at the time of booking.
High chair and moveable stair gate is available.
Please note: The steps leading to the ‘look out point’ are gated and do have a hand rail, but they are steep and it is advised that children are accompanied at all times.
