Haf House was recently converted from the barn and milking parlour which once served Tresahor Vean Farm. It is detached, facing into the yard once used by the farm. At the back, the house opens out into its own peaceful and secluded garden of about 1/5 acre, surrounded by fields and ten year old woodland. Our seven acre holding is situated on a 1/4 mile track. marked on the far west boundary by a tiny brook. A footpath takes you two miles over fields and bluebell woods to the village of Constantine. The Helford River and the coast are four miles away.

Haf - garden and field in winter!
Haf House is available all the year round, and has full central heating, huge cast iron radiators and a log burning stove to ensure your comfort in winter. In milder weather, you can open the glazed door from the living room and dine outside on the slate and slab patio.
You enter Haf House through a large tiled entrance hall with lots of space for boots and coats. The hall has the washing machine in it, a gas boiler, and room for drying clothes. There is a bathroom and wc off the hall, and a corridor leading past the first bedroom, which has two 3ft beds. The corridor opens into the living room with a fully equipped kitchen at one end. This area is 30 ft. long, with large Edwardian dining table, and comfortable seating. There is a flat screen television, cd player and radio, dvd and video player, books, dvds, and toys. The kitchen is a galley arrangement with work surfaces on both sides, and has a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave. A cot and highchair are also available.
Through this room is the main bedroom, with windows on three sides, and ensuite shower room. This bedroom has a 5' bed.
Furnishings throughout are in mostly natural materials. There are large black and white photographs taken in the woodland which surrounds the area, and original paintings and prints.

Haf is situated in the narrowest part of Cornwall, with easy access to both South and North Coasts and to the Helford River. It is an area reknowned for its watersports, birdwatching, coastal and country walking. The nearest village of Constantine has its own riding stables and a museum and arts centre, where the world famous Kneehigh theatre company launch their smaller productions! There are gardens and art galleries to visit and good cooking to sample both locally, at the prize winning Trengilly Wartha pub, and further afield.
