'Vista Montana' is a luxury, three bedroom villa, tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The villa is located in its own grounds, in secluded and tranquil surroundings, nestling into the hillside and enjoying spectacular views of the famous mountain of the 'El Torcal Natural Park' and surrounding Andalucian countryside.
For those looking to experience a touch of 'real' rural Spain, and seeking a complete break, rest and relaxation in a peaceful location, this will be a really memorable treat and one that you will want to repeat time and time again!
Sun Terrace and Swimming Pool: This very large and attractive floodlit terrace is approached directly from the lounge and has panoramic views across the El Torcal Mountain and the unbelievably picturesque surrounding Andalucian countryside.
There is an 8mtr x 4mtr (approx 26½ft x 13½ft) floodlit swimming pool, a large stone BBQ, two Al-Fresco dining areas - one of which is covered by a large pergola, sun loungers and umbrellas. The terrace and pool is fully enclosed, ensuring our Guests can enjoy total privacy during their stay in the villa. This is possibly one of the most idyllic surroundings that you will ever stay in for a holiday!
Cot-Bed: There is a Cot-Bed available, 142cm (4'8") x 74cm (2'5"), with a Mothercare 'Safety' Mattress - suitable for either a baby, or a young child.
Linen: All bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided – including pool towels. Hair Dryer: There is a hair dryer available for Guests use. Internet Access: We offer the added benefit of Internet Access.
For Guests Entertainment: Located in the lounge is a Satellite TV, Video Player, DVD Player, Stereo Music System with CD Player. We also have a collection of approximately 200 assorted videos for all ages available for our Guests enjoyment during their stay. Plus, we have an extensive and varied library of books for Guests to read whilst lounging beside the pool. There are also a number of books and soft toys available for our younger Guests.
Central Heating: Guests considering booking a holiday, or a Long-Let, during the colder months of the year, may be interested to know that at the end of the summer season, oil-fired central heating radiators will be installed to every part of the villa.
Long-Lets: Long-lets are usually available from October to March inclusive, although depending on availability long-lets at other times of the year will be considered.

La Higuera, which is the smallest, just 1.9km away, has a ‘Venta’ (traditional Spanish bar/restaurant) and a convenience store.
La Joya, which is 5 kms away, has several small ‘Ventas’, a Bank, a small Supermarket and a Pharmacy.
Villanueva de la Concepcion, which is the largest of the 3 villages, also just 5 kms away and boasts several Banks, Post Office, Pharmacy, Clinic, Vet, Fresh Fish Shop, Florist, many ‘Ventas’, Supermarkets and small shops selling a wide variety of goods.
El Torcal: Here, is an area of outstanding natural beauty known as the El Torcal Natural Park and Museum. It is the largest Natural Park in Europe and is renowned for its dramatic ‘luna-shaped’ limestone rock formations. It boasts 82 species of birds including: Eagles, Griffon Vultures and the majestic Condor. There are also 22 species of mammals including: Mountain Goats and various other species of wildlife, plus many species of beautiful flora and fauna, including 39 species of wild Orchids, miniature Iris’, Roses, Broom, Gorse and many more wild flowers and shrubs all year round, as one finishes flowering another comes into bloom.
Antequera: This large and beautiful market town is the capital of Andalucia and is a pure delight, with its Historic Cathedrals, Ancient Castles. It is an extremely attractive white walled town. It has a well preserved centre, including some very fine buildings and several outstanding natural sites of great interest.
Lupa (Wolf) Park: The Lupa Park is only 10.9 kms is a must to see! In addition to the wolves, for which the Park organises guided ‘wolf tours’ - they also have special ‘Howling’ nights, there is also a ‘petting Zoo’ especially for the children and Horse Riding, both for experienced riders, and lessons for learners
Golf: There is a new 19 hole golf course in Antequera.
