  This delightful semi-detached cottage, circa 1850, is light and sunny inside with beautiful views over fields at the back. It nestles in the pretty village of Niton, one-minute walk from a large general store and White Lion pub, which serves meals. Nearby are the unspoilt beaches of the southwest coast, as well as Blackgang Chine amusement park.  
       
 
 
 
         
 
 
 
         
 
   
         
  The front garden has lawns, flowerbeds and a small, shallow stream. The back garden is secure and separated from the front by a gate. It is attractively laid out with lawns and well - maintained flower borders. There are two areas for sitting out to enjoy the sunshine and view.
Visitors’ cars may be parked in a car park opposite or on the roadside nearby.

‘Pictou’ has proved to be a very popular choice with many visitors.
