There are 4 acres of well kept grounds in an “area of outstanding natural beauty" in the Tamar Valley SE Cornwall.
There is plenty to do at Trehill with three fishing ponds, a heated outdoor pool . All cottages come with membership to the superb sports and leisure facilities of the renowned St Mellion Club International Golf & Country Club (just 2 miles down the road).

Tavistock, Eden the North Coast & Looe Polperro are all within easy reach. Cotehele house one of the national Trusts. Cotehele house a renowned NT property is minutes away. There are numerous restaurants (an award winning one 5 minutes away in Callington and Rick Steins in Padstow is about 40 minutes. Both north & south coast beaches are within a short drive.
