It is 7 miles from the fabulous leisure and golf facilities of the China Fleet Club and within a short drive of both North and South Coast beaches as well as Cornwall major attractions. There are 4 acres of well kept grounds in an “area of outstanding natural beauty" in the Tamar Valley SE Cornwall.
There is plenty to do at Trehill with three fishing ponds, a heated outdoor pool . All cottages come with membership to the superb sports and leisure facilities of the renowned China Fleet Club (just 7 miles down the road).

Places to Visit:- Trehill is perfectly positioned for a touring holiday, being within easy reach of both North & South coast. There is so much to do that no space could take it all in. Here are a few of our favourites!
Camel Trail:- Cycling the camel trail from Wadebridge to Padstow. A gentle route along the beautiful estuary, a quick lunch at Rick Stein's cafe on the harbourfront and a gentle ride back. . Easy ride, superb views. Hire at Bridge Bikes in Wadebridge.
Looe:- Looe is a busy traditional fishing village about 20 min. . A lovely horseshoe-shaped beach (one of three), good quality inexpensive places to eat it makes a great day out. There is also a fish shop called Pengelly's where that morning's catch can be purchased.
Plymouth:- Plymouth is really worth a day in itself. The bustling Barbican area has been well preserved and contains some good galleries and restaurants. Walk across the bridge to the new aquarium. The Hoe is also worth a good stroll. The Wet Wok chinese restaurant has a fantastic position built into the harbour side. The park on the Hoe & its adjoining playground have traditional rides available for much of the year. Inexpensive distinctly low tech, a useful way of keeping the children occupied.
Cotehele House:- Cotehele House, just minutes from St mellion, is one of the nicest National Trust properties in Cornwall. Tintagel Castle:- Whether you believe in King Arthur or not, Tintagel castle is a brooding magnificent outcrop on the north coast of Cornwall. Worth a visit any time of year.

The Tamar valley is superbly situated for Touring mid Cornwall & West Devon. Tavistock, Eden the North Coast & Looe Polperro are all within easy reach. Cotehele house one of the national Trusts. Cotehele house a renowned NT property is minutes away. There are numerous restaurants (an award winning one 5 minutes away in Callington and Rick Steins in Padstow is about 40 minutes. Both north & south coast beaches are within a short drive.
