Pyrénées View is situated in the small, rural village of Loudet, in the Haute-Garonne 'département' of the Midi-Pyrénées 'région' of southwest France. We are approximately six miles from the nearest town of Montréjeau. It has three supermarkets, bars, etc. Nearby towns include St. Gaudens & Lannemezan. Both are approximately 10 miles away and offer good facilities for visitors. All 3 towns have Tourist Information Offices.

Pyrénées View is situated 5 miles [8 Km] north of sortie 17 of the A64 autoroute, giving easy access to Toulouse, Tarbes, Lourdes & Pau.
Amenities in the area include – Fishing, white-water rafting, cycling, walking- hiking & skiing (in season). The Spanish boarder is 25 miles away.
Pyrénées View is a traditionally built villa. It was constructed so that it could be used as one large house or as two separate apartments. The accommodation is on the ground floor & the owners live on the 1st floor & therefore on hand to unobtrusively assist if needed.
Accommodation Comprises: Two double bedrooms, one with double bed & the other has twin beds. Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, bidet & toilet. Kitchen/diner, with double sink, gas cooker, fridge, microwave & washing machine. Large lounge with two double sofa beds. The lounge has large patio doors; kitchen and bedroom one have French doors, all opening out onto large patio area exclusively for guests use. Free wireless broadband for guests with their own laptops [WiFi equipped]. For the cooler months, central heating is included in the price.

To book Pyrenees View, we require a deposit of 25% & a completed booking form [printed off our website]. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival, plus a damage/loss deposit of £100. Where the arrival date is less than 6 weeks, then the total sum is due at the time of booking.

Seating for 6. The kitchen/diner has a table and 6 chairs. There is also a table with 6 chairs on the patio and a further dining area with six chairs and table adjacent to the swimming pool.

Outside:
Private Pool, Terrace, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. Undercover parking. Our garden is not suitable for ball games.

Providing that an elderly person can climb one step, it is suitable; as the property is all on the ground floor.

In our region & the surrounding area, there are numerous things to see and do. The ski slopes only 40 minutes away; buildings of historic, cultural, and religious significance abound; nature's beauty is everywhere. On offer is anything from white water rafting to a leisurely round of golf or watch the Tour de France cycle race. Spain is only 25 miles from Loudet.
