This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment has been tastefully furnished and maintained to a high standard. It is positioned in a peaceful location only 5 minutes drive by car or 20 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Almerimar.

This duplex apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single/twin) 2 large bathrooms an American style kitchen and has 2 terraces. It is on the third floor and has access by lift or stairs.
Downstairs you have the well equipped kitchen, single/twin bedroom that faces the rear/north of the property. Then you have the large lounge/diner with 2 double sets of patio doors leading onto a covered terrace which overlooks the swimming pool.
The patio furniture on this terrace allows you to eat "Al Fresco" whilst taking in the breathtaking views. The downstairs 4 piece bathroom has a shower over bath.
Upstairs comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 single/twin both with double patio doors leading to the large unoverlooked sun terrace.
The upstairs bathroom is also 4 piece and has a shower over the bath. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.
The apartment is in easy reach of Almeria Airport and is approximately 35 minutes drive away. A rental car is advisable in this location and can be organised for you on request.
The Ladera del Golf's swimming pool is 60 metres long and is open for use during high season months and together with the childrens pool makes it a swimmers paradise. The pools are set in a grassed garden with parasols for sunbathers.
The penthouse has an unoverlooked roof terrace so, if you would like an all over tan, this is the ideal place.
The apartment boasts spectacular views across a 27 hole golf course which was originally designed by the professional golfer "Gary Player". These panoramic views extend to Almerimar's large marina its beaches and mediteranean sea. On your far right you can see the wonderful sun sets over the Sierra Nevada mountains and during winter/spring months you will also be able to see the snow caps.

Bedrooms:
1 Double Bedroom, 2 Twin Bedrooms. The single bedrooms have "stacker beds" which if needed can be pulled out and made into 2 twin beds. all bedrooms have a lot of cupboard space with plenty of coat hangers. Sheet/blankets are provided

2 Bathrooms. Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have showers over the bath. Towels are provided for apartment use only.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. All necessary kitchen utensils are supplied and caters for 6 people. Tea, coffee and condiments are also supplied, but we request that when these are used up, that they are replaced for other guests.
General:
Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. There's Air Conditioning/heating in the lounge/dining area, we request it's only used if doors are closed. Bedlinen is provided & should you require a change during your 2 week stay please tell agent.
Dining:
Seating for 6. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs plus a large patio table to seat up to 6 people who wish to eat "al fresco"
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Table Tennis, Tennis Court. On the television you can see BBC 1, and ITV3 and a few other English channels. We have left some videos for your enjoyment, to suit all ages and tastes.
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Parking, Balcony. There is plenty of parking space at the rear of the property. The communal swimming pool is open during the summer months (June - September).

We ask that smokers please refrain from smoking inside the apartment, ashtrays have been provided for use on the terraces. Ideal for golfers, fisherman, birdwatchers and skiers during winter season.
Local activities in and around El Ejido, Almeria
If you like playing Golf you don't have to venture far as Almerimar's 27 hole golf course is just a stones throw away from the apartment. There are many other golf courses around Almerimar and if you don't want to take your own golf clubs on holiday, you can hire them at the resort 's Hotel Melia.
The large holiday resort of Roquetas de Mar is only 15 minutes drive away. Roquetas is a large town and has plenty of shops, bars/ restaurants and has a lively nightlife.
The city of Granada and the renowed Alhambra Palace is only 2 hours drive away.
A fun packed day out for all the familyis a day at Mini Hollywood/Oasis where the Spaghetti Westerns were made.
If you like shopping then El Ejido is only 15 Minutes away by car. Also the Gran Plaza shopping mall at Roquetas is a good place to go. For those that want a bargain there is a large market held in El Ejido on the first 3 wednesday's of the month. The same market is also held in nearby Vicar on a Sunday morning and Roquetas on a Thursday.
The City of Almeria has something for everyone and is only 30 minutes drive away. You may want to catch one of the large passenger ferries here to the coast of Africa if you have the time.
If you like, you can take part in horseriding on Almerimar's nature reserve or go sea fishing perhaps.
The beautiful and stunning scenery of the nature reserve at Cabo de Gata is not too far away.
You may want to participate in sailing and water sports in nearby Roquetas.
If you don't want to venture too far away from the apartment you can play tennis or table tennis, these facilities are positioned to the rear of the property.
The Sierra Nevada mountains are approximately an hour and a half's drive away so if you wish, you can admire the wonderful scenery in the summer months or perhaps go skiing during the winter months.
Whatever your interests are you will find that there is something for everyone in this beautiful Spanish resort of Almerimar.
From the motorway E15 take the exit 409 to Almerimar. Once reaching the "Amerimar"roundabout keep straight on and turn left at the next roundabout. Apartment is approx. 800 yds in front of cliff face.

Rental Notes: We offer a meet and greet service, when you are just half an hour drive away, give our property manager a call and he will meet you at our apartment with the key. He will be on call if in the unlikely event that you encounter any problems during your stay.
Those people who arrive on a late flight, you may then wish to request a service pack which will contain essential supplies such as water, milk etc. The cost of this will be charged by our agent during your stay.
There is a large hypermarket on the road into Almerimar, this stays open until 10 pm weekdays.
We ask that you vacate the property by midday on your departure day. Our apartment is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, please leave the apartment as you would like to find it!
When making a reservation, we will hold your dates for up to 7 days on the "under option" facility. Once you've booked flights, then we request a 20% non - refundable deposit (cheque) so as to change availability status, to booked.
