20 Euros payable locally for agent to meet you with keys and pick keys up on your departure date.
Payment Terms: 50% of rental fee + £100 security deposit required before confirmation of your booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure date. If departure date is within 6 weeks, total payment must be made at time of booking.
Note: A cleaning charge may apply if duration of stay is less then 1 week.
