Rental Notes: Front and rear gardens: Both of the gardens are part of the owners main property, which is located next door to ‘Petit Tor’, and they are happy for visitors to enjoy them. However parts of the garden are natural rock and are quite steep, therefore all children are to be supervised whilst in the garden and it is used at the visitors own risk.
There is gas central heating and radiators in all rooms. All electricity, gas and hot water are provided at no extra charge. There are duvets on all the beds and linen is included in the price, however, visitors will need to bring towels and tea towels.
The owners have requested that visitors do not smoke in the property and that pets are not permitted. Number that can be accommodated: 4 Let Saturday to Saturday. Vacation by 10am, occupation from 3pm. Tourist Board Grading: 4 Stars.
