Sunhaven is on the ground floor and has a double bedroom with duvet and pillows. The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area with TV, DVD, electric log-effect fire and two sofas. The newly fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, and fridge with an ice box. There is a new shower room with a toilet and washbasin. Parking by permit on the quayside is included. No pets or smoking. Bedlinen is an optional extra. Changeover day Friday.
