Just a short walk (500 metres) to the wonderful sandy beach with a wide selection of excellent Restaurants & beach bars all along the Playa.
This apartment is very well equipped cable TV, BBC etc.DVD and furnished to a high standard. This apartment is special and we are delighted that so far everyone has loved it as much as we do!! The pool is spectacular, large ,sparkling clean and the views are fabulous!
We have tried to supply everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday but if you have any special requests please do not hesitate to ask. Our English speaking agent in Mojacar will assist in any way possible.
This apartment is our own holiday home and we are delighted everyone has loved it as much as we do!!!
It comprises a comfortable spacious living room with dining area, Satellite TV. DVD etc. The terrace has dining table, and sun loungers, retractable sun shades at the sides and top for your comfort. The Master bedroom has an extra long kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a Double & bunks. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large bathroom has a double handbasin and power shower.
There is plenty of parking and the steps up the apartment are well worth it for the views!!
The general area is well kept and the shops are close by. Stroll along the promenade and you will be spoilt for choice from either the fabulous Italian Ice Cream Parlour, Thai, Mexican, Seafood, Agentinian Steak House etc.iThere are some lovely shops also or you can visit the nearby modern Commercial Center where there are interesting shops and boutiques, relaxing cafes and super restaurants.
Mojacar enjoys more sunshine than any other area of the mainland. So come down and see for yourself what we mean by the Mojacar state of mind!!! you will find most people relaxed happy and friendly..................
Mojacar is area of two parts. "The Playa" miles of sandy beaches, 100 metres from the apartment,where you can swim, surf, ski, snorkel, fish, scubadive, or there is horseriding, quad bikes, paragliding, and of course many golf courses nearby.
"Mojacar Pueblo" 3 kilometers away clings to the mountain in the tradition of the "White Villages" its Moorish influence obvious by the narrow winding streets promising a surprise around every corner. Bodegas and Tapas bars offering the best of Spanish and international cuisine, local bars with stuning views down over the plains to the warm blue Mediterannean.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and serviced between each letting so we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.

Seating for 8. There are dining tables inside and also on the Terrace so what ever the season you can dine in comfort.

Rental Notes: Bookings can be made upon payment of 50% rental and the total must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. As we are unable to give refunds please make sure you have Holiday Insurance. We also ask you for a 100 euro ( or £75.00) damage deposit in a seperate cheque. This will only be cashed in the event of actual damage or if excessive cleaning required. We have never had to use it yet!
We assure you the apartment will be well presented clean and tidy upon your arrival.

Flight Information.Most carriers now fly into Almeria airport from London, Manchester, Liverpool, and Chester etc. Almeria is just one hour down an almost empty motorway. Alicante and Murcia are both about 2.5 hours motorway drive. Aer lingus low cost flights from Dublin and Cork, Ryan Air announced a new service to Almeria from November 2006 flights from 1euro!!!
