Fully equipped kitchen. On-resort restaurant, many local amenities, bars, restaurants. The 3 bedroom luxury condo has all modern facilities, cable TV, Stereo, DVD player, easy access to Wi-Fi. One bedroom is en-suite with Cable TV and bathroom/ toilet facilities.
Great for families going to theme parks, also elderly, disabled, recovering from illness, relaxing!

From Jan-June 2009 : Book 2 weeks for £445 ($859 US) inc of tax. Check calendar. 3 weeks £665 ($1279) and 4 weeks £889 ($1699).

I continue to go regularly to Lake Davenport because I can't resist it and everyone wants to go back once they've been.
Rising early or late you encounter the luxury of Caribba, the Caribbean theme and relaxed atmosphere. It's airy, cool in contrast to the outside where the weather is almost guaranteed to be sunny for your tan! The scene both outside and in invokes a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
I like to take a walk to breakfast in the on-site Tradewinds restaurant rather than driving. A full breakfast, as much as you like for $10: bacon, sausages, coffee, juice, eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, cereal, fruit, who needs lunch?! On the way you see a pool teeming with birds and wildlife.
After breakfast you have many choices-take a look at the beach on Lake Davenport, maybe play a game of tennis or beach volleyball or go fishing on Lake Davenport. 4 heated swimming pools on the site spoil you for choice and each has a bubbly whirlpool-relax!
There are shady areas too like the Bahama style straw beach huts where you can cool off, sleep or read or have a massage even! Or you can sunbathe on the sandy beach by the lake where sunshades with recliners are provided.
Perhaps the Health Spa or gym for an hour or two in the afternoon will help to soothe you, keep fit or you could have a massage (pre-book a discounted massage or beauty treatment with your apartment booking- eg just $25 for half an hour).
Maybe you will want to go to the theme parks, Disney, Epcot, Kennedy Space Centre, Universal Studios, If so you can book these on the resort- good deals and transport available if you dont have a rented car or dont want to drive !
If you want to go to Downtown Disney, old style Kissimmee, the lakes or further afield to Tampa, St Petersburg, Daytona Beach, Palm Beach, Clearwater these are all easily reached by car.
Facilities for this holiday apartment in Kissimmee, Florida
2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom. Beautifully decorated and laid out bedrooms with lots of storage. Main bedroom is en-suite and has Cable TV and a patio balcony with table and chairs. Sofa bed for 2 in the lounge. Cots available.
Bathrooms:
2 Bathrooms. Very well equipped bathrooms with brand new equipment, shower , bath etc. Every comfort. Flannel, soap etc provided. Spacious, practical. One bathroom is en-suite. Great after your day out and about!
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The equipment is all new. A big US style fridge freezer is provided and a toaster, coffee/tea making facilities. There are details of pizza delivery firms etc. in case you fancy an evening in.
General:
Central Heating, Maid Service, Air Conditioning, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided. There is everything you need in the apmt. It's easy to see why it gets so many commendations. Also I highly recommend a stay at Caribba for renovation of the soul, relaxing and re-discovering self.
Dining:
Seating for 8. A well positioned, superbly laid out dining table is provided in an open, lit area of the villa. Seating is plush and it feels as good as dining in a restaurant. Napkins, candles, cutlery etc provided
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Table Tennis, Tennis Court. The aptmt is well kitted out with electronics. It has radio, CD, DVD, cable TV. Sports wise there are nearby golf courses, tennis, multiple swimming pools /whirlpools, volleyball, beaches, fishing....
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Parking, Balcony. There is allocated parking. The apartment is on the Ground floor and is single level. There are two patio balconies with insect netting, table and chairs for a relaxing read or chill out. Nice views.

Although the perfect family home and children absolutely adore it out of season it is quiet, relaxing, and perfect for golfing, sightseeing holidays, relaxation and weddings, business /conferences.
Local activities in and around Kissimmee, Florida
Gorgeous on-site restaurant with superb menu, well-laid out for dining, and 3 bars. All 4 pools heated. Many local golf courses. Two local towns- Davenport, Kissimmee. The latter is old style American town with very quaint antique \other shops. A good selection of cafes, bars, restaurants.
There is regular on-site entertainment and events. Also there is so much for children and adults to do.
The boulevards around Disney World are packed with bars, restaurants, shopping malls and you are absolutely spoilt for choice for places to dine out.
Downtown Disney is like a city in its own right with lots for all the family. Why not try Dolly Parton's Stampede Show or one of the many other activities in the area around Universal Studios, International Drive and Disney World. You wont run out of things to do in and around Caribba!!

Advice on local activities, how to get to key attractions, and how to get the best deals for Disney, the Space Centre etc is available at the special tourist booking desk in the clubhouse opposite reception.
Very suitable for disabled or older people as it is ground floor only (no stairs), specially laid out for disabled. Ideal for recuperation from illness, recovery as the whole site is so beautiful at any time of year with lots of flora and wildlife etc on site, beautiful views, and great places to visit nearby. Quiet outside the School holidays.
Ideal for weddings, business visits, and long term stays. I have had people stay 3 weeks and 4 weeks at at a time to escape the winter cold!! Good balance of rural location coupled with closeness to 2 towns and lots of local amenities, bars, restaurants etc.
Ideal touring base , makes it possible for families to realise the dream of going to the theme parks at an affordable price as Caribba holds up to 8 people.

The apartment is fully equipped. Unlike an off-resort villa or apartment or condo here you get every service you could possibly need managed for you. Lost cutlery etc is always replaced and soiled linen or other items cleaned or replaced. This is a well managed, clean resort.
Everything is within easy reach and this makes it perfect especially for people wanting a quiet, well cared for break in or out of season providing excellent facilities, a high level of luxury at a sensible price.
Pound, $US, $CAN, Yen, CHF and Euro payments welcomed as well as any other currency. I accept dollars into my US bank account or US$ cheques/ cash. I have many satisfied American, French, German and Canadian visitors, especially during the winter months for the latter!
