This lovely one-bedroom apartment located on the outskirts of the historic town centre of Vence, is set in a beautifully restored 1850's soap factory, in the middle of a large and quiet Mediterranean garden.
Vence is an artist’s town and along with its equally well-known neighbouring town of Saint Paul de Vence, is situated amidst the beautiful, hilly scenery west of Nice.
There is a wide range of shops, restaurants and markets in the historical old part of the town, next to which the apartment is situated.
Within easy reach of Nice and its international airport, this lovely one bedroom apartment has been tastefully furnished and benefits from its own beautifully landscaped garden terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen area, combined with a bright, homely dining/living room. Kitchen facilities include an oven, 4-flame gas hob, fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is a good size, with double bed and large opening windows onto the garden.
All rooms are light and airy; some fitted out in typical Provencal style with French doors and shutters. For the summertime there is a communal, fully equipped outside-kitchen with barbeque. Deck chairs and sun umbrellas can also be used in the garden.
