Lacombe is a delightful restored double-storey farmhouse with private access to the River Lot. It is situated in the south west of France in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne region 1km outside of the market village of Ste Livrade sur Lot. Lacombe is set in seven acres of land with 180 metres of riverbank of the River Lot. You can watch the rowers and canoeists go by or even take our canoe out yourself if you are feeling energetic. The river also boasts large Carp and Trout for the intrepid fisherman to catch! Enjoy sundowners on your private river pontoon or by your enclosed swimming pool.

The house has four large double sized bedrooms with both double and twin beds available. Three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one of which is an ensuite with its own private entrance. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower and WC available. On the lower floor is the fourth twin bedroom, as well as a separate shower room with WC.
The kitchen is fitted to a high standard with all mod cons such as cooker, hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, w/machine and has a large dining table that seats eight comfortably.
The lounge leads off from the kitchen and has comfortable sofas to relax on, with TV, video and DVD player, which you can also play CDs on. Double doors lead onto the rear shaded terrace with barbecue facilities and seating for eight, ideal for those hot summer afternoons!
A second terrace is situated on the south side of the house which has sunshine all day and leads to the enclosed private pool area with sun loungers.

Rental Notes: Change overs occur on Saturdays in the mid and high season. Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am. In the low season, changeover dates can be arranged by request to suit your needs.
Please note that a minimum of two weeks booking applies during the high season (19 July - 06 Sept).
On arrival you will be met by our local manager who will hand over the keys, give you a brief tour of the property and answer any questions. He will also leave his phone number with you to resolve any problems you may encounter.
All house bedlinen and towels (not pool towels) are provided.
