Fishery Cottages - Overlooking the salmon pools and the sea.
Cottage with 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6, Garden
'Fishery Cottages' is a four star registered holiday cottage. We sit at the most southerly point of Donegal. Surrounded by water, this unique location was chosen as a strategic defence position by ancient clans but is now a spectacular holiday location. Close to all the amenities of a sea-side holiday town, but closer to the river, mountain and the sea. Catch a salmon from the garden, a mackeral at the front door; catch a wave or just enjoy the activity and views all around.

Guestbook
"We had a fantastic time during our stay in your cottage. It was very comfortable and we loved being so near to so much water. It is a really unusual place with the sea, the river and yet the town is so near. Thanks for a great time and thanks for pointing us to the surfing classes. The children and Dad enjoyed it heaps!
" - Weber Family, Australia August 08.
"My first salmon and my son's first wave. We didn't expect to have so much to do. Really enjoyed the caves at Marble Arch but the photos we brought home didn't do it justice! Hope we can come back some time. Paul" - Mc Intyre, Scotland May 08.
"Thanks for a comfortable stay. We know from personal experience how much care you took to have things just right. We walked as far as we could up over Slieve League but we didn't go the whole way. I've never seen anything quite like it. The scenery was magnificent and the acrobatics of those birds you told us to watch for Michael. Enjoyed dinner in the Bridge Bar too, watching the surfers out the window. June" - Ashton, England September 07.
"We took your advice and had a great day out on Inishmurray Island. It was funny looking back and imagining what it would have been like to live there. Next day we enjoyed a hot seaweed bath which was very different too. Had fun and will recommend it. Thanks, Paul" - Devaney, Ireland July 06.
"Lovely stay. Lovely golf courses. Good shopping in Sligo (30 minutes). Thanks a million!" - Sheridan, Cheltenham, England October 05
"Beautiful weather, warm. A wonderful time was had by all ages of the family. Would highly recommend to everybody wanting to visit Ireland. Easy to get around and great day trips. Will be back again to enjoy it some more" - Manchester family, Alaska and Kazadhstan, 12/8/04
