Limnaria Gardens is fabulous new complex with great facilities, right in the centre of the main resort area of Paphos. In a great central location, the apartment is just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, cafés and restaurants which, in turn, lead to the beautiful harbour and Paphos Castle.
The complex has a large freeform swimming pool with patio areas for sunbathing, a children's pool for the kiddies and a great Jacuzzi for lounging around in on a hot day. Living up to its name, Limnaria Gardens also has wonderful planted gardens, trees and grassed areas.
The complex has good parking: not that you need to hire a car as everything is near to the complex yet, as it is a few minutes walk off the main coast road, the complex itself is an oasis away from the excitement Paphos has to offer.
Our property is a ground floor apartment with good access, great pool views (opposite the Jacuzzi!) and a large patio and garden with its own loungers and patio funiture for lazy days

The property opens into a large open plan living dining room. The kitchen is to the left as you enter, with stainless steel hob, extractor and oven. The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
The lounge has a double and single bed settee (sleeping 2+1 children or one adult and one child) and TV with DVD. The patio doors lead out onto the large patio and garden which look onto the pool area and jacuzzi.
The bedroom has a double bed and cabinets with built in wardrobes. The bedroom also has patio doors leading onto the patio area.
The apartment has air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom.
The Bathroom has a bath with shower, hand basin and toilet.
The patio will get full sun from mid morning right the way through and has both a patio table with large parasol, patio chairs and sun-loungers. The patio area has a small gravelled garden with a stone feature with greek urns and planting.
The garden leads right onto the huge main freeform swimmimg pool (one of the largest in Paphos) with a jacuzzi. The pool is edged with palm trees.
Despite its great location, the immediate area is quiet - for those that know Paphos it is very near the Alexander Palace Hotel.

Local activities in and around Paphos Town, Southern Cyprus
Paphos has all you can ask for. From its ancient beginnings which you can visit at the archeological site at the harbour, Paphos has developed into a resort that has something for almost everyone. The people are friendly, the weather is sunny almost all year round and, given its British connections, English is spoken by most people and they drive on the left. Even the road signs are in both languages!
Eating out can be different every evening with everything from mezes to moussaka, fresh fish to french fries and fast food to five star cuisine. Some restaurants and bars have entertainment whilst others are there simply to let you soak up the atmosphere as the world passes by.
Paphos also has a number of attractions including the Paphos Water Park, Karting Track and Bird Park.
Shopping is great in Cyprus too. Stores such as Debenhams, Marks and Spencers, Next and Adams sit next to local shops and stores. There is a huge Papantoniu supermarket which is a short walk from the complex.
Paphos is ideal if your passion is golf. Blessed with sunshine, warm winds and balmy temperatures, the island provides perfect golfing weather so, not surprisingly, Paphos is near to three world class golf courses: Tsada (Par 71/72 course length 5,794 meters), Secret Valley (Par71, course length 5,989 meters) and the award winning Alphrodite Hills Golf Club (Par 71/70, course length 6,229 meters) all featuring high class facilities. The beaches keep everyone happy - from the bucket and spade kids to the keenest water sport fans, you'll find it all in Paphos.
.....and then there is the rest of the island.
From the airport take the A6 to the Kato Paphos Tourist Area. Head towards the coast and at the Amathus Hotel, take the coast road heading towards the Port. Limnaria Gardens is just off the coast rd.
