Our superbly located apartment is in one of the best positions in the complex. Situated on the ground floor facing the pool with the walkway at the side leading directly down to the seafront. The main shopping areas and nightlife of Las Americas are a 5 minute gentle stroll away.
Parque Santiago 2 is a well maintained private complex set in attractive gardens. There is a large swimming pool (heated in the winter months) and a pool side bar serving snacks during the day. All areas around the complex have easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
This is a spacious two bedroomed apartment with the lounge, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and the bedrooms, bathroom on the first floor. It is situated directly opposite the pool on ground floor level of the complex.
The ground floor has a lounge area with a comfortable 3 piece suite to relax and watch the TV with DVD player. There is a large ceiling fan in the lounge area. The large sliding doors lead to the patio overlooking the pool. There is a large patio table and 4 chairs to either relax and dine in the evening or just have that pre-dinner drink. The wooden sun lounger with mattress is ideal for an afternoon nap. There is also a dining area in the apartment.
The raised kitchen area has recently been refurbished and has full sized fridge, cooker, small hob, microwave, toaster, kettle plus full compliment of cooking utensils and crockery - home from home. There is also a small washing machine should you need it. There is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and washbasin and a storage cupboard opposite.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms - all with single beds. The front bedroom overlooks the pool and has a small terrace area with patio table and chairs and sunlounger. There are two wardrobes giving ample storage space. The back bedroom has single beds, wardrobe and cupboard space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with a full sized bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided. The apartment is serviced once a week for cleaning, linen and towel change. We do not provide beach towels. The complex itself is kept very clean and tidy and is maintained on a daily basis.

Satellite TV, DVD, Board Games. We keep a selection of books which you are welcome to swap with your own. DVDs available but you can bring your own or hire them locally. It is a very short walk to bars and restaurants and shops.
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, Balcony, Garden Furniture. There is a small charge for hire of poolside sunbeds and parasols. Apart from the main access to the complex all entrances have a lockable gate - key provided.

The apartment will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On day of departure, the apartment is to be vacated by 10.00am to allow the cleaners to prepare for the new arrivals unless previous arrangements have been made
