Villa Ella is Quietly situated on the outskirts of Hisaronu near the Babadag Mountains and Pine Forest, but only 5 minutes to Oludeniz and 10 minutes to Fethiye on the Local Dolmus Bus. Set within Private Grounds on a small integral development the Swimming Pool and Gardens, maintained daily, are shared with only four other properties.
Just a five minute walk takes you to the heart of Hisaronu Village Centre, where there is a wide selection of Shops, Bars and Restaurants with various cuisines and menus to cater for all nationalities and age groups. Convenience Shopping is only a 3 minute walk, where two Mini Supermarkets can supply all your everyday needs.
The main entrance is on the First Floor where there are two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Two doors lead outside to the large ‘L’ shaped Sun Terrace where tables, chairs, loungers and parasols are there for your relaxation and enjoyment. Local activities in and around Hisaronu, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Turkey’s South Western Mediterranean Coast often referred to as the Turquoise Coast with an azure sea and continual Panoramic Views is wild and rugged with Pine Trees on the steep Mountain Slopes. There are numerous ancient ruins throughout the area dating back during Turkey’s 10,000 years of history. The Lycian Kingdom spread from Fethiye to Antalya but was taken over by Alexander the Great and then later by The Romans.
Hisaronu is situated about halfway along the scenic road between Fethiye and Oludeniz, in a valley surrounded by pine forest mountains, near Ovacik. In addition to village tranquillity, the bustling evening environment offers a good selection of vibrant venues. Waiters or bar staff often entertain their customers with traditional dancing or possible fire eating.
The Famous Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz Beach is one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean. Snorkelling, Scuba Diving, Pedaloes and Boating are just some of the Water Sports available, or if you feel more adventurous, try Paragliding at 6500ft from the Babadag Mountain. Try the new ten pin bowling alley!
Fethiye is an old market town and fishing port with many ancient places of interest including the Lycian City of Telmessos. The Tuesday Market is a never ending avenue of varied market traders, well worth a visit, haggle with them when buying, they will enjoy this as much as you. Visit the Harbour and possibly arrange a Boat Trip at a very reasonable price. At the Fish Market you can pick your choice of fresh fish and have it cooked in one of the nearby restaurants with your meal.
Local travel agencies will help book any historical or cultural excursions to Pamukkale, Ephesus, Xanthos, Tlos, Saklikent, Letoon, Pinara or Kayakoy. If all you want is fun and relaxation try Water Sports, Jeep Safari, Horse Riding, Paragliding or one of the many Boat Trips. There’s so much to choose in Turkey and not enough time to do it all!
