Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with full air-conditioning and additional ceiling fans. Private, screened, heated pool, free wi-fi internet, games room and nursery equipment. Digital cable TV with more than 100 channels. And less than 10 minutes to Disney. Sleeps 9 + cot.
Our villa is located on the quiet residential award winning Indian Point. Close to all the major attractions and a few minutes from Highway 192 which is simply packed with shops, restaurants bars and attractions.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa consists of a living room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry room, games room, 2 bathrooms & 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 9 people plus cot. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, 6'6"x6'8", It also has TV & patio doors onto the pool area. The en-suite has a large separate shower, large corner bath & large walk-in wardrobe, hairdryer & electric points. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV, large wardrobe. Twin room has a TV & large wardrobe. 4th bedroom has bunk beds, single on top, double beneath, TV, large wardrobe & toy box. 3 people, even adults can comfortably use this room.
The second bathroom has a shower over the full sized bath, a single vanity unit, wc, electric points & hairdryer.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher & waste disposal unit. All essential china, glassware & cutlery is provided as well as a toaster, coffee maker, kettle & many other items.
The utility room has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, hoover, iron & ironing board.
The Living Room & Dining Room are fully furnished “Floridian Style”. The rooms are spacious & comfortable.
There is a flat screen TV with digital cable with over 100 channels. There is also a VCR, DVD & a stereo system. There is a selection of DVDs, videos, books, magazines & board games.
The Dining Room will easily seat 6 people & a further 4 can be seated in the breakfast nook.
Cot/playpen, highchair & buggy. There is linen for the cot. All bed linen & all towels (except beach towels) are supplied.
All rooms except the kitchen, bathrooms and 4th bedroom have ceiling fans. There is a pedestal fan in the 4th bedroom, which can also be used in the games room.
A selection of pool toys & equipment can be found in the games room.

We are less than 10 minutes to Disney and near to all theme parks - Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet n Wild, Sea World, Gatorland, Cypress Gardens.
Nearby can be found horse riding, helicopter & balloon rides, adventure golf, indoor sky diving, water sports, air boat rides, dinner theatres, museums and galleries.
East coast beaches and Kennedy Space Centre are about 1 hours drive. Busch Gardens about 2 hours drive.
Also, free to our guests is the large outdoor community pool, tennis & basketball courts, childrens' play area and jogging trail.
