Lakeside Haven is a five star accommodation and looks out over Beautiful Lake Dathee and the Golf course which is a 18 Hole Championship Golf Course. The property has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one of which is on the ground floor an Open Plan Kitchen/Living room with Normandy Fireplace, which is modern and includes a dishwasher, gas oven and gas hob, There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The surrounding area is rural and kept in pristine condition by the Local Authority.
Bedroom one has, Double Bed, wardrobe, radiator and a balcony overlooking the Lake. Bedroom two has, Double Bed, wardrobe, radiator and a balcony overlooking the Lake. Bedroom three has, two single beds, Cot, wardrobe and radiator.
The lounge has large French opening doors, which lead out, onto the raised timber terrace that overlooks the Lake; there is a large French style fire place with log burning Fire, large Dining table seats eight, two three-seater settee’s and wooden floors.
Fully fitted kitchen and dishwasher cooker toaster kettle microwave and all utensils. Utility room with washing machine, Iron and Board. lots of parking space, well tended 3 acres of meadow land for activities, playing football, other games etc. The property has full oil fired central heating for the cooler nights. The lake has wonderful picnic areas to relax and enjoy throughout the day or night or enjoy a nice walk around the lake which is 5km around the perimeter. The Lake in parts is bordered by forest and the Golf De Vire Golf course also has a weir and waterfall. There is lots to see and enjoy and it’s all just outside from Lakeside Haven. If you fancy a Day out in the near town of Vire you can enjoy all kinds of stores, Garden Centers, Bars, Restaurants of all kinds and are all within a five kilometre drive.

There is Fishing on the Lake, Boating, Windsurfing and pedaloes, or you can go for a round or two of Golf, which are day tickets for about £12 and its on the popular Lake Dathee. Fishing on the Lake is 10 Euros for the weekend and 27 Euros for the week. Nearby forest has Horse riding. You can go Bungy jumping if you have the nerves!
Restaurants all within easy reach. And About 40 minutes away are the famous Normandy Beaches .
You will find local great places to eat and drink and at great prices there are wonderful walks and are all on your doorstep as Lakeside Haven in the only property situated on the Lake, and only a few minutes outside of the main town of Vire which has all the main stores and facilities that you may need including a great Swimming pool.
