Ample parking is available close to the accommodation with access via the doorway at the side of the property into the spacious hallway which leads into the light and bright open plan lounge/dining area - some of the original beams remain - wooden floors, pale cream walls and two sets of double French doors with inset lights and wall lights. Two leather settees plus a taupe sofabed, occasional tables, a rectangular black dining table with metal and wicker chairs ( could seat 8 people), a colour TV with DVD and free standing lights. Wooden flooring throughout with scattered rugs.
The superbly equipped kitchen area has off-white shaker style wall and floor units, stone coloured wall tiles, solid oak block worktops plus a central island with wooden worktop, stools and ample storage, integral fridge with freezer compartment, stainless steel electric oven with hob, microwave and integral dishwasher.
A radio/CD player is located in the living area Two sets of French doors lead from the living area out onto a delightful patio/garden area with picnic tables and benches plus barbecue.
There is a spacious shower room/utility room with large shower in a cubicle, washbasin, WC, storage cupboards housing vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc and an automatic washing machine/dryer.
The spacious twin bedroom with ivory wrought iron beds has a fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, bedside tables with lamps and a portable colour TV with DVD. The superb master bedroom with King size bed also has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and a dressing table with mirror plus colur TV with DVD and leading off is an ensuite master bathroom with bath which has a shower over, WC, washbasin and a heated towel rail. Duvets are feather but for allergy sufferers, synthetic ones are available.
The exterior enclosed patio area is planted with shrubs, has outside lighting, picnic table with benches plus additional sunchairs and umbrellas for guests use.
