Meadow Cottage is approached by a farm track. The nearest property is 300 metres away. The nearest town is Llandovery, 3.5 miles away so a car is essential. The town has an interesting history which is well explained in its Heritage Museum. There is a small fortnightly Farmers Market during the summer & several pubs and places to eat. A little further afield but well worth the drive is the Red Lion pub in Llangadog and Valans Restaurant in Llandybie, both serving excellent food in friendly, comfortable surroundings at reasonable prices.
