The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area which is very peaceful and tranquil. About five minutes walk away is the waterpark which is one of Europes largest. The fun and busy resort of Las Americas is a ten to fifteen minute walk away, and is perfect for bars, resturants, cafe's, the beach and attractions for children. Watersports are also available, such as jet sking, the banana boat and paragliding. Those looking for a lively nightlife won't be disappointed with lots of night clubs and events such as all night foam parties. The area really has something for everone wether you are looking for peace and quiet or an action packed holiday.

The Villa boasts lovely sea views and the beautiful island of La Gomera can be seen on most days from the terrace.
There is a patio table and 6 chairs on the terrace, shaded by a gazebo. The swimming pool is family friendly with steps leading down into the shallow end. The pool is heated by solar energy. The Jacuzzi will seat three at a time is lovely and warm even during the evening. Inside the villa there is a separate fully fitted kitchen, which includes fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine, iron, ironing board and everything you would expect to need. The lounge is very comfortable with a TV that shows British TV channels and nearly all satellite channels. There is also a dvd player, cd player and radio. There are two three seater leather suites and a dining table that seats six people.
The 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and the 3rd bedroom, 2 singles. An extra bed is available if required. There are two bathrooms in the villa one is a family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink basin. The second bathroom is a very large en-suite with walk-in shower, big corner bath with shower, toilet and sink basin. The villa has recently been re-furbished to a very high standard and the bathrooms are finished to a high specification. This villa offers the highest standards throughout and has everything you could wish for. This villa provides sheer luxury.

Local activities in and around San Eugenio, Tenerife
Las Americas is situated in the south of Tenerife connected with Los Cristianos along the coast. The airport is 15mins drive away. The Villa is situated above Aqualand (Water Park), adjacent to the Castalia Vistamar Complex and Paradise Court. It is located in a no through road so the area is quiet with very little traffic. There is a taxi rank 10mins walk away, outside Island Village, but it maybe possible to get a taxi in the road near the Villa.
The nearest beach and San Eugenio Shopping Centre, with many duty free shops and Mercadona Supermarket is about 15mins walk away. Most coach excursions stop at the top of the road. The capital, Santa Cruz is 50mins drive away, which is excellent for shopping and sightseeing. Puerto de la Cruz, the tourist town in the North of the Island, is 1 hour and 15mins drive. The public bus service connects most of the Island with Las Americas

Rental Notes: The linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis, the pool is cleaned twice a week, usually Tuesday and Thursdays. The minimum stay is one week.
This price is for upto 6 people. 7th guest add £150.00 per week. £200.00 per week, non-refundable deposit due when reserving Villa. also a security deposit of £200.00 is to be paid with the balance 8 weeks before arrival. this will be refunded at end of stay.
Payment can be made by sending a sterling cheque, Paypal or bank transfer to my UK Bank Account, details of which are given on the Booking Form that will be sent to you. We also offer an airport pickup on arrival and departure at a charge of 20 Euros each way.
