A luxury villa with everything to make a perfect holiday. The ground floor has three living rooms that all lead out to a poolside terrace that surrounds the large illuminated pool. There is a BBQ, outside dining area and many loungers and parasols on this terrace.
The five bedrooms on the upper two floors all have sun terraces and air conditioning and there are four bathrooms including an en-suite. At 600m above sea level there are stunning views over a plateau and the nearby mountains and the villa enjoys cooling mountain breezes even in mid-summer.
The villa is surrounded by large developed gardens with a raised and cushioned Kosk in the lower garden and there is also an outside table football game.
A short walk takes you to Uzumlu village with shops, bars and restaurants. Fethiye port, Calis, Olu Deniz and Patara beaches are a short drive away.
Entering the villa and passing a toilet/shower room an archway leads into a lounge with a wood burning fire and TV/DVD/CD. Continue through another archway into the large kitchen which is fully equipped to cater for thirteen people. The adjoining dining area will seat eight people and the terrace dining area will seat another eight people. A separate Games lounge is equipped with TV/DVD/CD and a PlayStation 2 together with a library of music, films and games.
The next floor has a master bedroom with en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room; all these bedrooms have private sun terraces with beautiful views. The top floor has a triple family bedroom with a large hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a family toilet/bathroom. All rooms have stylish handmade furniture and air-conditioning.

Local activities in and around Fethiye, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Fethiye port is 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or with a rental vehicle the roads are good and the driving is easy. The famous resort of Olu Deniz with sandy beaches and sheltered Blue Lagoon is also the centre for paragliding and is close to Fethiye as is Hisaronu with its lively night life and also the 'Ghost Town' of Kaya Koy. Slightly further away is the unspoilt 20km sandy beach at Patara while close by is Calis beach with a 6km shingle beach and a Water Park.
Specialist water sports tuition courses are offered in Kitesurfing, Sailing and Scuba Diving; these are available locally over 3-5 days and are run by experienced and qualified instructors. Participants are collected and returned to the villa at the end of each day and qualifications are provided on completion of a course.
The International Air Games in Olu Deniz in late October is well worth a visit to see paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that can fly together with an aerobatic display and fly past by the Turkish Air Force.

Rental Notes: Rental rates are for the whole villa for 1 week for up to 13 people. Book 6 months ahead and the rates are reduced by 7.5%. Groups of 6 or less staying for 2 weeks outside the High Season can deduct 15%. There are no additional costs and longer stay discounts are available.
A free Welcome Pack is supplied together with a full weekly cleaning service including linen and towel change, this can be done more often for a small charge. The pool is serviced daily and the gardens are maintained regularly by our groundsman.
To book please send a Booking Form together with a 25% deposit, the balance is then paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a returnable £150 damage deposit.
Return transfers are available from Dalaman Airport to the villa by car or minibus at £84 to £130 and also car & minibus rental for £140 & £336 per week.
