The apartment has a private terrace from which to enjoy the stunning views and weather and watch the world go slowly by, or access to a large garden with a vine covered varanda and lawn.

La Panoramica is set in a peaceful village (known as "The Balcony of Le Marche") untouched by tourism -a quality loved by all of our visitors. It is ideal for every holiday maker or Marche explorer, offering families superb safe accommodation with a pool and cleverly divided gardens with a large area for dining and outdoor food preparation facilities. For the more currious visitor this is the ideal location from which to explore Le Marche with many attractions just a short drive away throught the stunning countryside.
Recently restored, these beautiful apartments sleeping 2 -6 people are furbished to the highest standard. The living area runs onto a terrace with mouth watering views towards the adriatic 30 kms away of which you will never tire, which on a good day is visible. The views across the garden and communal grounds below are also fascinating.
This apartment has access to a lovely terraced garden to sit and enjoy the weather and surroundings and al fresco dining. The apartment consists of a bathroom, a main ouble bedroom, a second bedroom comprising of two single beds. The living area comprises of a dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed - this room opens out on to the terrace.

La Panoramica is a half hour drive from Ancona airport and can be let by the week, long weekend or even by the night. Long term rentals are also very welcome, please contact to discuss. A gem of a region offering the highlights of its neighbours without the tourists and elevated prices. Beautiful countryside, impressive towns and a great coastline plus a wealth of history, architecture and all sorts of local attractions, make this region well worth exploring. Guests have commented that the village is like stepping back in time.
