House with 1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4, Garden, Swimming Pool
The house and garden are set in the grounds of a finca, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The lawn runs down to the pool and is partly shaded by trees. The pool has terrace on three sides and nothing but views on the fourth.
Do help yourself to peaches, plums, figs and pears from the garden if they are ripe.
Outside the garden you can wander through the olive grove and watch goats and black pigs, typical to the area, munching happily on fruit fallen from the magnificent cork and chestnut trees.
In Spring a plethora of wild flowers grow in the meadow. By early summer bee eaters can be seen swooping for insects and hoopoos hopping amongst the olives.
At the end of the day, you can relax on the terrace, glass in hand and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
The house is open plan. There is a well fitted kitchen running along one wall. On the opposite wall picture windows overlook the garden and pool to the hills beyond. At one end is a dining table, at the other a large comfy sofa and chairs beside the log burning stove.
The sofa can be made up into either a double or two single beds.
Steps lead up to the cloakroom and bedroom. The view from the bed is wonderful. There is an ensuite bathroom.
A large terrace, overlooking the garden, can be reached from the sitting room or the bedroom ( a wonderful place for breakfast ). The views from there are stunning and look down to the lake below and to the sierra beyond.

Local activities in and around Aracena , Costa de La Luz - Huelva
Aracena is a pretty market town overlooked by the ruins of a Moorish castle. It has an imposing square and many tempting tapas bars and restaurants.
The stunning caves are of national renown, and it has its own bull ring.
There are a number of traditional festivals throughout the year in Aracena and the surrounding villages.
Horse riding and walking tours can be organised locally.
There is a Saturday market.
