Casa Karin is a lovely, exquisitely furnished villa, built to a high standard, set on the Cumbre Del Sol, the 'Mountain of Sun'. The sea and panoramic views from the villa are breathtaking and on most days you can see the Balearic Islands across the water. Cumbre Del Sol Beach, a 1.5 kilometre drive down a picturesque craggy road, is a sandy beach complete with bar and glorious views.

The villa is on two levels with the upper level comprising a spacious lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with shower room and a large naya cum sun terrace (with stairs access to the pool below). On the lower level is a large double room, a twin bedded room, a bathroom and a door leading to the outside pool and pool terrace. The poolside barbecue and kitchen enhance the 'Mediterranean' feel of this lovely villa.

Cumbre Del Sol is perfectly situated for access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 3 kilometres from the 'jewels' of Moraira and Javea and a short drive from the cosmopolitan towns of Calpe and Denia. The area has the best climate of Continental Europe, is rated by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest in the world and is ideal for all year visiting. The adjoining village of Benitachell, only 5 minutes away, is a quaint Spanish village with an imposing central church and is renowned for all the many fiesta held throughout the year. Moraira, which is only 5km away, is ideally situated between a coast with both sandy beaches and rocky coves, and the mountains of the Marina Alta. Javea, which is only 7km away, is a town of great beauty, magical landscapes, a haven of peace and serenity.
In Cumbre Del Sol there is a horse riding centre and tennis courts. The tourist office offers free guided walks of the area in English and Spanish during the summer. Also in summer, pleasure boats sail between Cabo San Antonio and Denia up to 3 times a day. There are a number of activities for children in the Benidorm area which include Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica 'historical' theme park. El Vergel safari park is 20 minutes north (near Denia) and also in the area are a number of go-karting tracks.
Valencia is hosting the 32nd Americas Cup in 2007, the first time this classic sailing race will have been held in Europe - with racing occurring from 3rd April through to 4th July. The dates of the various races are: 3rd to 6th April - Louis Vuitton Act 13. 18th April to 11th June - Louis Vuitton Cup – Challenger Series. 23rd June to 4th July - Americas Cup Races.
All along the Costa Blanca coast the local marina facilities have been upgraded and extended to allow for the cavalcade of yachts and boats which will be “invading” the “white coast”. Transport to and from Valencia can be arranged.
