Brand new, privately owned executive 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in Orlando, South West of the attractions. This was completed in November 2005, and has been finished to a high standard throughout.
Situated in a small, private, gated community, the villa has its own private, 30 x 15 foot heated pool, with separate 7 foot Jacuzzi. It also has a new Games Room for extra enjoyment! Wireless internet connection now available!! Free calls to landlines to the UK, USA, Canada and Puerto Rico!!
It will sleep 8-10 people and will be the perfect base for your holiday to Florida, be it for visiting the theme parks; golfing; shopping or just lazing by the pool.
This is luxury! The Manor at West Haven is a small, and private gated community.
The poperty is new, and has been fininshed to a high standard,w ith luxurious comfortable funighings throughout.
There is a larger than average swimming pool, with a seperate jacuzzi. There is an extended patio around pool, so there is plenty of room for you all the relax.What is wonderful if the large lanai to provide shade from 10am onwards. Perfect for lazing and al fresco dining! There is netting over pool, jacuzzi and lanai to protect against bugs. It is all situated within a private garden. The pool has the benefit of the sun on it from sunrise until approximately 5pm. In accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety net sited around the pool area.
2 master suites, each with 'his and her' sinks, enclosed WC and separate shower cubicle. The main master suite has a King size bed and a tv in the bedroom, and a Roman Bath tub in the bathroom. The walk in closet in the main maser bedroom is a room in itself! Both suites have direct access to the pool area., by way of patio doors.
The 2 twin bedrooms share a 3rd bathroom, including a bath with a shower fitting over it. This leads directly onto the pool area. Hair dryers are available for your use.
Free use of a brand new cot and highchair if required.
Large living area with comfy sofas and tv. One of the sofas in the lounge converts into a bed for 2 extra guests if required. There is a dining room, luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast room leading off it.
Games Room was completed in the summer, which has a road trip theme, including working trafic lights! It has a pool table, air hockey table, and football table. Not to mention the 52" tv and DVD player! Bar table and stools for use.
The proprty is air-conditioned throughout. All bedrooms, lounge, games room and lanai also have ceiling fans for extra ventilation.

Rental Notes: We are flexible about changeover day. Property will be clean on arrival, but maid service is not included.
Pool heating is available at an aditional cost of £85 per week. This is optional, but recommended from about October to March/April.
Minimum stay is 4 nights. Any stay of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning cost of £50. Mid holiday clean can be arranged if required. Please liase with agents on arrival.
Our booking terms are for a deposit of £150 per week to be paid within 7 days of booking, with the balance payable 10 weeks before occupation. A refundable security deposit will be taken on arrival by our agents. This will be by way of a credit card imprint. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.
