  Lovely 3 bedroom apartment, (Can be let as 2 bed), with a small private pool. and sea views, in a quiet and peaceful residencial development just across the road from the beach. There is also a large communal pool plus children's pool. Along the beach are various bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a water park about 20 minutes drive away.

Torrox Beach Club is situated between the two small towns of Nerja and Torrox Costa, where all necessary

  This is a large apartment/villa located on one of the nicest Moorish style dvelopments in the Torrox Costa / Nerja area. There are three good size double bedrooms, all en suite. A large lounge dining/room overlooks the swimming pool and terrace. There is a small garden planted with varous semi-tropical plants and flowers. There are sea views from the terrace, lounge and master bedroom.

You walk through attractive gardens down to the beach where you can laze in the sun or relax in one of the delightful beach bars.

There is ample car-parking adjacent to the steps leading down to the apartment.

If you choose to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer. However there are plenty of good inexpensive restaurants within easy reach.

This property has everything (within reason) for you to move in and stay there very comfortably, or even to live there. It is quite new; only having been finished less than two years ago. It is in good decorative order. All necessary facilities are included, i.e. cooker, inc. gas hob and electric oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, washing line, iron and ironing board, large 200 L., hot water heater, 1000 L. water deposit tank in case the water gets cut off, (very rare, nowadays), ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge, and even a hair dryer.

The terrace is spacious and a part of it has a roof, so you can sit outside in the shade. There is also a barbecue, where you can frighten some sausages.

There are large built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms, including shelves. There is one bathroom with decent sized bath, one very good sized shower room, and one bathroom with bath with shower screen and shower over. Bath and shower taps have thermostatic controls.

  Seating for 6. Dining accomodation for six inside or 10 or more on the terrace.There is a built-in barbecue on the terrace. There are table cloths, serviettes, and table mats provided, and plenty of cutlery.

Torrox Beach Club is situated next to the beach between the towns of Nerja and Torrox Costa. The nearest shops are half a mile from the apartment towards Torrox Costa. Malaga airport is about 45mins in the car.

Torrox Costa, with its lively promenade, market, restaurants and fantastic sunsets is 3 minutes drive away. Torrox Costa is renowned for having the BEST CLIMATE IN EUROPE.

Nerja, which is 5 minutes drive to the east, is an unspoilt coastal town retaining all the traditional Spanish charm,of a white-street Old Spain. Visit the Balcon de Europa which stretches out into the shimmering Mediterranean. This splendid area paved with marble and lined with palm trees is the centre of activity for the many local fiestas and evening entertainment. or you can visit the Caves of Nerja, one of the most spectacular caves in Europe.

This area is one of outstanding natural beauty, with the Sierra mountains behind and a fertile area along the coast growing everthing from strawberries to avocados.

The city of Granada is only one and half hours away, where you can visit the famed Alhambra Palace, or go into the Sierra Nevada to the high mountain ski resorts.

There are many small towns and villages to discover and explore, all of them drenched in history. There is unlimited beautiful countryside and scenery to enjoy, and many routed walks in both town and country.
There are more beaches up and down the coast than you could hope to visit, big ones, small ones, and naturist! You can visit marinas, water parks, animal safari parks, go up the mountain on cable cars, hire boats and jet skis, scuba-dive, etc. etc. etc.

If you like to go on excursions, and save yourself the trouble of driving, there are a multitude to choose from.

Rental Notes:
It is not absolutely vital to use a hire car, if you don't want to drive in Spain. The bus service is very punctual and comprehensive and cheap. With that and taxies and loads of excursions, some people enjoy a super holiday without a car.

Regarding arrival and departure days, we like to be very flexible on this, accomodating individual arrangements as far as possible. However, if it happens that clients are departing and others arriving on the same day, we would have to specify times. This would normally be: to leave by 10 a.m., and the new clients to arrive at the apartment not before 4 p.m., in order to allow the cleaners to do their work freely. We have never had any problems with these arrangements.
