This property is located in a peaceful area, facing south with private area for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming. Is very well maintained as well as the garden and the pool area. Property is at one level.
The features of this Villa are: Inside, there is 2 spacious bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with double bed, they have pretty decoration in wood, paintings in the walls and large wardrobes. The bathroom has bath and shower, the kitchen is fully equipped with dining area, seating for 4 persons. The lounge has comfortable sofas with Satellite Tv and Dvd for watching your favorite programs and movies.
Outside, there is a terrace with table and chairs where you can relax and you can do your favorite meals on the barbecue. Be surrounded by beautiful trees all around, if you want to take a bath and stay in your total privacy, come to the large new private swimming pool (10m x 5,50m) with shower for pool. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for you to enjoy the sun of the Algarve.

Local activities in and around Praia da Oura, Albufeira
Albufeira is very well know for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs, very good for snorkelling, diving and fishing. The wheather is suitable for sun bathing almost all the year and for swimming in the beaches in the spring and summer.
Villa Dionisio has central location, the car hire is not necessary, because just beside the property there is a traditional restaurant and others are near. Supermarkets and bars are also with walking distance. Banks, pharmacies and shops in Olhos de Água and Oura.
The closest beach is Santa Eulália, walking distance, just 500m from the property, with high cliffs surrounded by pine trees and palm trees, bars, disco and restaurant in the beach with very impressive views.
If you like to play golf you can go walking, in a few minutes you will reach Balaia Golf Village. If you have a car you can go to the Sheraton Pine Cliffs. If you prefer to play tennis you can go walking to Club Med.
If you have children you can take them to the water parks, there are shopping centers, where you can do your bookings and arrange transports to take you there and bring you home.
The Algarve Shopping center is aproximately 12km from the property with its many shops and a cinema with 9 theatres, showing everyday the most recent movies.
Albufeira Marina is just a must see with its many fantastic boats, and you can take the boat trips on the cruises allong the algarvian coast.
Nightlife is one of the best in the Algarve, with quality bars with cocktails, live football matches, free style barmans and irreverent dancers. Karaoke bars are fun, don't be shy and sing our favorite songs. Discos with international djs, lady's night and foam parties closing late. The Strip, bars and discos are at walking distance from the property.
The strip of Oura is popular, with its beautiful girls doing lap dances and private sessions if you require. You will find this exciting place, in Oura, just near the streets of the bars.

Rental Notes: All prices are for the property, per week. Minimum period stay is 7 days.

Arrival hour is any time from 2.00 pm and departure hour is at 10.00 am.
40% deposit required for booking the property (not refundable). Balance payment, 60%, to be paid on the arrival day.

Cot can be arranged.
Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
