Villa David is a lovely 2 bedroom villa with private swimming pool (8,50m x 4m),air conditioning, BBQ area with table and chairs to eat outside close to the pool and appreciate the views. This wonderful Villa is situated in a quiet location surrounded by mature gardens, facing south with superb panoramic sea and countryside views. It is only 10km from the popular 5 star resort of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
The private swimming pool offers you a refreshing bath just after you are exposed to the sun. There is a shower for pool to provide you the confort of a good bath outside. For your leisure, you can appreciate the sea and countryside views, from the terrace and pool area. Guests enjoy privacy and peace in this Villa. Be surrounded by beautiful landscape gardens and have fun in the pool area.
This property is facing south, in the top of an elevated hill, where you can enjoy the ocean views seated in the balcony. Take our tea, coofee, favorite meal and discover how beautiful it is the Algarve. If you prefer, you can do our favorite meat or fish in the barbecue and stay beside the pool. The mature gardens are all around the Villa. Plants, flowers and grass does really a fabulous decoration. This villa is one storey building, all at one level, detached, in a road without traffic.
The property offers you peace and total privacy, with secluded pool area with beach chairs and umbrellas. When you enter inside the Villa, there is a modern fully fitted kitchen, has table and chairs, seats 4 persons. The living room has air conditioning, bar, Cable tv with english channels, Cd, Dvd Player and Radio, fireplace and comfortable sofas in real leather.
This property has 2 bedrooms, the first is spacious with 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, secretary, facing south with amazing sea view. An extra single bed can be provided in this bedroom for one more person. The second is facing east with double bed, fitted wardrobe and view over the mountains. The 2 bathrooms are decorated with beautiful tiles. The first bathroom has shower, wc, basin. The second has bath (shower on top), wc, basin and bidet.
Garden maintenance is done once a week and pool maintenance is done twice a week (minimum). Assistance to the guests is provided when it is necessary.

1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom. The spacious bedroom has 2 single beds, with air conditioning, secretary and fitted wardrobe. The other bedroom has double bed with fan for summer and electric heater for winter and fitted wardrobe.

2 Bathrooms. Bathrooms are new, one with wc, shower, basin and another with wc, bath (shower on top), basin and bidet.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. The table and chairs make possible to watch the Tv in the living room, when you are taking your favorite meal.
General:
Real Fire, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. Towels and linen provided. Linen and towels are changed once a week. Please bring our own beach / pool towels.
Dining:
Seating for 4. You can have your breakfast, lunch and open the door of the living room that will offer you a fabulous vision of the ocean.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System. Watch Tv with english channels and your favorite movies at home. Listen to the music. Books and cards are available. Play volleyball, go for a walk in the countryside to admire the beautiful nature.

Private Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. There are sunloungers and umbrellas to stay beside the pool and enjoy the views. Stay in the pool, enjoy the sun, take a drink outside. Do our meat or fish in the barbecue.

Local activities in and around Loule, Central Algarve
Loulé is famous for the morning market in the centre of the town, where you can find your souvenir, a good sellection of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. There are good traditional restaurants where you can eat the local tasty food at affordable prices. There are snack bars and a restaurant at walking distance from the property with live football matches. Supermarkets, banks and restaurants are in Loulé, within 2km from home.
Situated just 10 mins drive from the famous resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, you can choose from: going to the beaches, playing golf, tennis, swim with dolphins, visit the Vilamoura marina, bars, restaurants. Take the boat trips along the coast to admire the beautiful beaches and caves.

The Carnival of Loulé is considered the best in the Algarve, you can expect people with masks dancing in the streets, sexy dancers and representation of the political figures. Summer Carnival in August is also worths a look.
Cinema is available in Faro with 9 movies theatres showing the new movies, working everyday. Gypsy markets are interesting, you can find them everyday in Faro near the bus station «Eva» and Wednesday in Quarteira.
There are quality bars in Loulé passing good music and serving good drinks. The most of the night bars close at 4.00 am and discos are closing at 7.00 am. Discos have different parties, like the lady's night and the foam parties.
Karting in Almancil is also great to go for people who like to drive in a difficult course and race with their friends in a karting car. In Vale do Lobo you can play mini golf in the different courses, located near the beach.

Rental Notes: The prices in the tariff table are for 3/4 persons. Discount of 50€ per week for 2 persons.
An extra single bed can be provided, for one more person: 50€ per week.
Changeoverday: Flexible in 2008 until May 2009. Saturday and Sunday from June until September 2009.
A deposit of 40% (not refundable) secures a booking and the balance has to be paid on the arrival day. The minimum reservation period is 7 days.
Security: the amount of 200€ in cash is required for security breakage of the house equipment. This must be paid on arrival and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
Hour of arrival is any time from 3.00 pm and hour of departure is before 10.00 am (this is for allow time for cleaning and preparing the property for the next guests).
Long term lets over 1 month considered starting October until April, please enquiry for prices per month.
