Villa Selinda is a beautiful spacious detached villa with private pool in a quiet semi rural area of Calis, set within landscaped gardens it is fully equipped to provide everything you need in order to enjoy your holiday. So why not sit back, relax, soak up the sun and enjoy yourselves. If you tire of the pool the beach is easily accessible and after a 20 minute stroll you will be on Calis seafront with its numerous restaurants and bars.
On entering the villa the pathway is a mass of colours beacuse of the abundance of flowers, there are three steps up to the entrance of the villa.
Once through the door into the spacious hallway you will proceed through double doors which take you into a very spacious open plan lounge area with double sofa beds, TV for playing of DVDs and CD player, doors lead onto a raised covered terrace overlooking the pool and an ideal spot to sit in the shade or dine al fresco whilst watching the magnificant sunsets. There is also a spacious dining area (with further sofa bed) and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a toilet and shower room on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find two spacious ensuite bedrooms. One is a fully furnished double bedroom with ensuite shower room and large balcony overlooking the pool. The other bedroom is also fully furnished with three single beds, an ensuite bathroom with corner bath (and overhead shower attachments) and a further balcony overlooking the pool.

Local activities in and around Calis , Turquoise Coast/Lycia
The Turquoise Coast is without doubt one of the most beautiful and dramatic stretches of coastline anywhere in the Mediterranean. The coast is awash with beautiful beaches, crystal clear, turquoise seas (hence the name – Turquoise Coast), stunning scenery, secluded coves and fascinating ancient sites full of history and culture.
From Calis why not visit the famous Olu Deniz and the Blue Lagoon which has been awarded the blue flag and is reputed to be one of the most spectacular beaches in Europe, and is the most photographed beach and lagoon in Turkey.
For the more adventurous (and active) of you why not join the professionals and enjoy paragliding over the magnificant bay. Visit Patara Beach or relax on the impressive Turtle Beach which can only be reached by boat. There are many boat trips available including the 12-island cruise or why not enjoy the sunset cruise around some of the bays and islands around Olu Deinz.
For a change of scenery why not visit the bustling town of Hisaronu and enjoy it's vibrant and entertaining nightlife! or wander around the shops and shop until you drop! enjoy a drink or a meal in one of the many restaurants, bars and discos which stay open well into the small hours.
Villa Selinda is ideally located in a quiet area of Calis and yet all the main amenities are within a gentle 20 minute stroll away, Calis beach is famous for its spectacular sunsets, cooling breezes and beautiful 6 km long beach of sand and shingle which stretches right across the bay to Fethiye. The area is flat and therefore suitable for walking. The resort is quiet and ideal for families and peace loving people yet quietly busy with plenty of bars and restaurants along the beautiful sweeping sea front promenade. Minimarkets, Migros supermarket, discos and seasonal entertainment are also all within easy access.
The bustling town of Fethiye is only a 10 minute Dolmus (mini bus) ride away or a 30 minute water taxi ride.
