The apartment is well furnished with the best quality furniture package from the highly thought of Masquemeubles emporium in Punta Prima who also furnished the show house on this prestigious development.
Bedroom has air-con, fitted wardrobes and en-suite
Fully equipped apartment with the distinct advantage of air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom, together with TV, DVD and radio/CD player . The kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, Zanusssi built-in oven, ceramic hob and extractor fan, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. There is also a Zanussi dishwasher which means that if you do feel like cooking, you don't have to wash up! The Patio overlooks the gated communal pool so you can keep an eye on what's going on.
The patio doors lead on to the large patio which is equipped with table and chairs overlooking the garden, and communal pool area. The patio area has built-in down lighters to provide ambient lighting for your evening drinks when the sun has gone down. There are 2 beach loungers and 2 beach chairs, 2 parasols and cool-box with four ice packs for jolly picnics on the beach. Please bring your own beach towels, or, they can be bought very cheaply at the local markets.
There is also an outside storage cupboard to store suitcases, golf clubs and all the other paraphernalia that you donīt need cluttering up the apartment. The apartment is strictly non smoking inside.
The apartment is on the ground floor but there are four steps to the front door and nine from the patio to the lawn which may prove difficult for wheelchair users.
Ideally situated for those that want everything close to hand (but far enough away not to be kept awake!)Two minutes walk from the nearest newly opened Mercadona supermarket, 5 minutes stroll to the , main shopping, restaurants and bars. Nearest beach is one kilometre away. 2007 saw the opening of a new commercial centre just a short stroll away with more shops, restaurants and bars.

1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Great for a good nights sleep in the height of summer. A safe is installed. 2nd Bedroom has twin beds and free standing fan.

2nd bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and basin. Both rooms are very stylish with huge mirrors.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. All the major appliances are good quality Zanussi products supplied and fitted by the same company that equiped the show house. Crockery & cutlery etc for at least 6 people. Exterior laundry area.
General:
Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided. The air conditioning units in lounge and main bedroom are super efficient, very quite units so that you get a good nights sleep. Please bring your own beach towels.
Dining:
Seating for 4. The dining furniture is Rattan wood with leather chairs, you may prefer to dine on the patio overlooking the pool.
Entertainment:
Satellite TV, DVD, Radio. The TV system has english TV which means that you won't miss your Soaps and can catch up on the news from home. The DVD player will allow you watch the bootleg DVDs that are hawked around the bars!
Outside:
Communal Pool, Terrace, Garden, Parking, Garden Furniture. Apartment overlooks the communal pool, which has a separate area for toddlers. The pool area is well kept and has a variety of shrubs,trees and scented climbers. A great place to sit and sunbathe.

Local activities in and around Residencia Los Altos, Costa Blanca - Alicante
'Villamartin is one of the best courses in Spain, probably the best in this region and also hosted the Spanish Open' Fore! magazine January 2000.
Las Ramblas, the incredible water hazards-the ramblas-which make this golf course different from all the others in the area. Take plenty of balls. You'll need them'. Fore! magazine January 2000.
La Finca, a new course opened in 2002.
Campoamour, built in two valleys, lush fairways and fast greens with palm, pine and orange trees. Very smart clubhouse restaurant and bars.
You don't go on holiday to do all the cooking. Although the kitchen is equiped with all that you need to cook if you want to there are plenty of restaurants offering menus from all parts of the Globe in Torrevieja and prices that are not wallet busting! In easy walking distance are enough restaurants to last a week without eating in the same place twice.
There is an impressive looking Japanese/Chinese restaurant housed in a traditional Chinese pagoda type building about 500m down the road if you want to spend a few bob on a special celebration meal. Alternatively there is the Nautilus restaurant overhanging the coastline if you want to walk the kilometre to the beach. If you drive up to Villamartin Plaza (10 minutes tops) there are umpteen restaurants, and I'd recommend going at least once. Eduardo's is quite a nice place but they are all of a good standard and the plaza itself does have a bit of a buzz about it.
There'is a Go Karting circuit a mile or two down the N332. Try it!

This business will deliver and collect your bikes for free. They'll also provide helmets and locks at no extra charge. The website is comprehensive and allows you to book on-line before you leave home.
Open during the summer months, not all the year round, so check the website before making the journey. It isn't a short journey so it would be a shame to drive there and find it is shut! There is an english version of this webpage so don't worry if your grasp of spanish is a bit lacking.
If you want to give yourselves a treat and don't mind paying a little extra, you should give this place a try. The food and atmosphere is very good and prices are good value for money.
Very easy to find as the property is 500m from the coastal road N332 off the first roundabout south of Torrevieja. Full directions will be e-mailed to you and nobody has failed to find it so far.

Rental Notes: If there are new renters following your departure the apartment must be vacated by 10am. If you are arriving on the same day someone else is leaving, entry to the apartment is 3pm. This allows cleaning time. (There is space to store your cases if your flight is later in the day.) There is a laundry/cleaning charge of 50 euros payable directly to the key holder on departure. Rental rates include towels and linen. Please provide your own beach towels. A cot is available on request.
If you require transport to and from the airport this can easily be arranged at an additional charge of 70 euros return from Alicante and 55 euros return from Murcia.
We recommend that you hire a car to get the best from your holiday.

There is a new Mercadona Supermarket very close by but it is not open on Sundays during the off-peak months.
