Dinastia is one of the newer complexes in Los Cristianos. The penthouse has fantastic views of Los Cristianos and the sea. La Gomera can be seen and to the right one can see the mountains and Teide.
The penthouse is a duplex. Entrance level there is shower room, bedroom with twin beds, spacious living -dining area. Kitchen with modern conveniences. Patio doors lead to the spacious balcony. Upstairs there are fitted wardrobes - bathroom with corner bath and master bedroom with its own private balcony. Also upstairs there is an additional fridge with tea/coffee making facilities
Air-con is in both bedrooms and in the living and is individually controlled. However should you feel chilly, then just switch the Air-con onto Heat!!!
The complex pool has a lovely pool along with a childrens pool. A pool bar is open during daylight hours providing refreshing drinks and a pool table for those looking for a game or two. Dinastia is a one minutes walk away from the New Passaralla Shopping Centre which has some lovely restuarants and shops.
A ten minute walk will bring you the the centre of Los Cristianos. A one minute walk will bring you the nearest supermarket which is well stocked.

This penthouse is located in the sunny resort of Los Cristianos. There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours. It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife. Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away.
