Melissa Villas is situated in the prestigious & sought after area on the outskirts of Peyia village in the beautiful Mediterranean countryside on the edge of the Akamas national park.
The house has 2 large bedrooms and is ideally suited for up to 4 people but can accommodate 5. The house is situated within its own gardens with a large patio area, its own sun beds, table, chairs & parasol overlooking the swimming pool, not to forget the BBQ area for that alfresco evening.
The bedrooms are of a large size with double beds and fitted wardrobes, the bathroom is bright with vanity unit with storage space underneath, WC, bidet and shower,fully pressurised water system.
Downstairs there is a second WC with sink a fully fitted kitchen with electric hobs & oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric kettle & toaster. There is also sky TV & selection of DVDs & Cd’s.
Peyia village, 15 km northwest of Paphos, is one of the most attractive & friendly villages in south-west Cyprus. It enjoys the advantage of both a quite and rural location,with glorious views of the sparkling Mediterranean and surrounding countryside. The beautiful sandy beaches, crystal blue sea and the sunsets make this region simply magical. Facilities in Peyia are mainly situated on the main road leading into Peyia village.
You will find 3 banks, a Chemist, a Baker which serves delicious bread first thing in the morning, a Butcher for your local meat and if you go down at around 6pm you can buy his Lamb Kleftico which he has had cooking in a clay oven for some hours, also a local supermarket behind the church is selling everything from fresh vegetables and fruit to you favourite tipple. There are also several local family run Tavernas and restaurants serving fresh local food at very reasonable prices. Coral Bay is a few mins drive away with its blue flag sandy beaches & restaurants.

1 Bathroom, 1 Separate WC. The downstairs cloak consists of WC & wash basin. In the main bathroom you will find a vanity unit with ample storage WC, Bidet & Shower. There are also toilets, showers around the pool area.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen is fully fitted and well stocked with cooking utensils.

The Akamas is also better accessible by 4 wheel drive vehicles which you can hire or if you prefer book yourself a jeep safari. - All bed linen & bathroom towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels), the villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival with laundry changed once a week.
- Once you are here, the island is easiest to navigate by car or jeep which we can arrange to have waiting at the airport on your arrival, if you do not require a car we can arrange a transfer from the airport to your accommodation for £CY 20.00.
- A deposit of 20% or £100.00 which ever is the greater is required on confirmation of booking & the balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
