Unique 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury courtyard villa situated in new secure gated community of Tuscan Hills. 10 mins to Walt Disney World, Complete with private screened pool (26' x 13') with spa, overlooking a conservation are so not overlooked which is very rare in Florida these days. The villa also includes a Games room, complete with foosball and pool table. Cable TV and wireless internet are also provided so you can bring your laptop with you if you still need to keep in touch with work!
Near shops and restaurants. For golf lovers a 5 minutes drive will take you to 2 golf courses including the newly completed Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman and including the Leadbetter School of Golf. There are also an additional 20 courses found within a 20 mile radius!
You will be able to relax around our screened, pool and patio area, and should the Florida sunshine become too much, you can sit in the shade in our large covered lanai (patio area), or come back inside where all the rooms are air conditioned and keep at a cool and constant temperature. The private screened pool with spa, overlooks a conservation area and is not overlooked by the neighbours on any side, something which is very rare in Florida these days.
The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need with all bed linen, bath, hand towels, pool towels and face flannels provided. Plus as there is a large internal laundry room with washer and dryer you won't need to pack a lot of clothes.
Tuscan Hills is a secure gated community with extensive oak landscaping, located in Davenport on highway 27, close to highway 192, and only minutes from interstate 4. This gives you access to all the main travelling routes in central Florida, with Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport just 30 minutes and 55 minutes easy drive to our villa.
On site facilities include a mediterranean style club house with gym, tennis court, children's tot lot and beach volley ball court. There will also be a fantastic separate restaurant, so you don't have to venture out after a hard day's play. It is just a 10 minute drive to Walt Disney World with its 4 theme parks and a further 10 minutes to Universal Studios and its 2 theme parks and Sea World. Close to Tuscan Hills, along US highway 27, there are shops, supermarkets, take aways and restaurants.

One king bedroom with en-suite downstairs making it suitable for elderly or disabled, the remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. No smoking or pets allowed.
Local activities in and around Davenport, Florida
Close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Shopping Malls, Discount Malls, Golf, restaurants and bars. An hours drive to Tampa (Busch Gardens) and Gulf Coast. An hours drive in the other direction will take you to the Space Coast and Kennedy Space Centre. Water parks galore including Disney parks and Wet N Wild. Close to Disney Downtown and Disney Wide World of Sports. Lots of access to natural florida as well, including air boats, lakes, national parks (Blue Springs), Gardens (Harry Leu and Bok Botanical).
Walt Disney World
4 Theme Parks - Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM Studios. Each offer their own attractions and atmosphere - Magic Kingdom is a must for all, good rides, parade and fabulous fireworks. Try breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table if you have any princesses in your party! Rock & Roller Coaster is my favourite in Orlando (MGM). Epcot is a theme park for adults and again has a fantastic firework display at the end of the day plus great restaurants. Animal Kingdom - great safari and now Everest ifyou dare to ride it!
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure. Again. both great in their own way - we get a 2 park, 1 day ticket now which is great if you are going off season as you can easily do both parks in a day. Best rides - The Hulk, Spiderman, Men in Black, ET and my niece loves the carousel in Seuss land.
SeaWorld is not your normal theme park - it is educational and is a working demonstration of conservation. There are shows - Shamu and Dolphins amongst others. There are also 2 coasters - a water coaster (you will get wet) and also Kraken the tallest and longest roller coaster in Orlando - my brother rates it at the best, with 7 inversions it is not for the faint hearted.
Swimming with Dolphins, Trainer for a Day. This is probably a one-off, expensive but very worthwhile experience. Swimming with the dolphin is the highlight of the day but Discovery Cove is a gorgeous day out - snorkeling, aviaries, lunch included, beautiful white sand beaches, not too crowded. Recommended.
National Historic Landmark - ideal for quiet reflection and meditation. One of the World's greatest carillion towers. A chance to see some of natural florida. Bring a picnic or use the wonderful cafe.
5 of the best rollercoasters, if you like screamers you need to try Sheikra and Montu. Kids will love the animals and dinoland. Good restaurants and free beer (2 per adult) make it a very enjoyable day out.
If you go to Orlando in season, you need to go to a match. This year we were lucky enough to catch a play off match. Great atmosphere, suitable for all the family and tourists are made very welcome.
There is so much to do, so little time, but you must squeeze in some shopping. We recommend Orlando Premium Outlets, Florida Mall and Mall at the Millenia. Downtown Disney is another must do - which also houses a huge Virgin Megastore.
One of the best companies we have used in recent years is Tickets 4 Fun. They have tickets for all the major attractions, no credit card charges, fast delivery and also offer economical and reliable car hire.
Tuscan Hills is situation along the Highway 27 at Davenport. Heading from Orlando take junction 55 from Interstate 4 West. Take Highway 27 North to Clermont. Tuscan Hills is about 0.5 miles.
