This delightful Victorian Stone Cottage is enclosed in its own walled courtyard garden in the centre of the picturesque village of Bonchurch but tucked away and only five minutes walk to the beach. Bonchurch has an air of peace and tranquillity with its ancient churches, village pond and traditional cottages but it is also a working village. The Post Office is also a convenience store, there is a French restaurant close by and the Bonchurch Inn is not far to walk. In and around Bonchurch there are many lovely rural and coastal walks. Ventnor with its larger town centre, many local shops and supermarket is a 15 –20 minute stroll away.
The cottage has been fully refurbished and renovated to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation for 4 people with central heating, a new pine kitchen with eating space, a refitted bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower cubicle, attractive sitting room and two comfortable bedrooms.
