This is an immaculate apartment forming part of an exclusive development converted only very recently to the highest of specifications. The apartment has the most breathtaking panoramic views from the bay window whilst other window boast views over the nearby links golf course and out towards Penally.
The Monastic Island of Caldey which is the most prominent feature of the views, is just a short boat ride from the towns picturesque harbour, the monks on the island make their own perfumes, chocolate, yoghurts etc and from the rear of the island on a summers day, seals can be seen basking in the sunshine.
The cobbled streets of this historic town are lined with colourful gift shops, coffee houses and restaurants all serving a range of local and popular dishes. Further a field are a number of popular tourist attractions including Heatherton Country Sports Park, Oakwood Roller Coaster Park and the smallest city of St Davids with its beautiful cathedral is well worth a visit.

Two, 2 seater sofa’s plus 2 further seats. Colour television, wooden trunk with a selection of games, cd’s, video’s, books and tourist information, circular dining table and 4 chairs, cd hi-fi.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with integral appliances including electric oven and microwave oven, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine/tumble dryer, 5 ring gas hob with stainless steel cooker hood over.
Master bedroom: Double bed, large wardrobe, colour television and video player. En suite bathroom comprising full sized panelled bath with shower over and glazed shower guard, wc, wash basin with mirror and light/shaver point over, radiator and extractor.
Bedroom 2: With two single beds, large wardrobe and colour television.
Parking is in the nearby Rectory Car Park (next door) or South Beach Car Park (approximately 200 yards). Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the apartment. Regrettably this property is not suitable for children under the age of 11 years. Bed linen is provided although visitors are asked to bring their own towels. Gas fired central heating is also included within the rents.
South Beach Court is situated at the end of the Esplanade overlooking South Beach and across the bay to Caldey Island and is a convenient level walk into the town centre through the historic Town Wall.
