Tower Lodge is a self-contained ground floor annexe to Tower House and is situated in a quiet residential area away from the bustle of the local towns. An excellent feature of this very comfortably appointed accommodation is the large garden laid mainly to grass with a good sized decking area ideal for relaxation or a barbecue. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway adjacent to the property.
The accommodation includes a lounge/dining room with comfortable three piece suite, dining table, TV with digital reception, DVD & video and coal effect fire. The double bedroom has a 4'6" bed and the twin room has 3' beds. Both bedrooms also have 14" remote control TVs.
The kitchen is bright and well equipped and gives access to the garden and decked area. There is an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. A separate cupboard houses the washing machine and drier. The bathroom has a walk-in power shower, W.C., wash basin and heated towel rail. The accommodation is heated overall by night store heaters.
Tower Lodge is very comfortably appointed and will be enjoyed by those seeking a quiet location with easy access to local facilities and the nearby ports of Looe and Polperro. The Eden Project, the cities of Truro and Plymouth and numerous fine beaches and National Trust houses and gardens are also within easy reach.

The excellent Jubilee Inn in Pelynt provides a very handy pub/restaurant just a pleasent stroll away.
