Situated in a quiet Residential Area, 20 Min Walk from Corralejo Main Street, the Palms is a two bedroom single storey house which is in Las Americas II which is a small residential development (59 properties) in Corralejo Parque, it has a rear garden, large roof terrace with views towards the mountains and a shared pool.
The Palms is new on the market and has been furnished to a high standard boasting a leather suite and tasteful decor.

Bedroom one has a double bed and has the benefit of a large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has two single beds and also has a large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The tastefully tiled bathroom has bath/shower, wc and bidet.
The American style kitchen has light wood kitchen units with black work surfaces and has a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine, accommodating all your holiday needs.
The lounge has a TV, DVD player, CD player and a games console, there is a library of DVDs and also a selection of games for use with the games console. The Satellite TV provides many English speaking channels for our guests. The lounge also has a ceiling fan and lights which can be adjusted to create mood lighting. A Yale home safe is available (free) for the use of our guests.
The roof terrace boasts excellent views of the mountains and also views towards Lanzarote. The large roof terrace is 60 sq.m. and is equipped with sun beds, table and chairs and a shower to cool off after a days sunbathing.
The back garden has been planted with a variety of plants and also has sunbeds, a table, chairs & garden swing. The front garden has a large palm tree, some smaller plants. The shared pool is less than 100 yards away from the house. Ample car parking is available immediately outside the property.
