The apartment is situated on an attractive and quiet beachside complex with a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a well kept garden and lawned area.

The lounge is equipped with satellite television and a DVD player. A quadruple set of patio doors take you from the lounge out on to the private and spacious sea facing terrace.

The sleeping accommodation consists of a large master bedroom which enjoys the luxury of an en suite bathroom. There is also a patio door which leads you out on to the front terrace. The second bedroom is also very spacious with a patio door leading out on to a rear terrace with lovely views of the old village of Mojacar. The middle bedroom is also a twin room
